We stayed for 3 nights and felt very welcomed by Ina and her family. Breakfast was delicious and although the restaurant is closed for the winter the bar meals were quite varied and tasty. The room was lovely though a little small, but the shower very good. We would definitely go back.

Stayed here a couple of weeks ago with my daughter for 2 nights. Una made us feel so welcome on checkin. We stayed in twin room which was nice. The food makes this hotel special. It serves wonderful food in the bar though they do have a restaurant which we did'nt try Breakfast served in restaurant. Smoked salmon and scrambled... More

My wife and I spent three nights at this wonderful hotel at the end of September. The décor gives a comfortable homely feel and although you might think you have landed in the middle of nowhere, this is an excellent location from which to explore the local area. Ina and Kieron the owners, along with Shona who assists, make you... More

This is a lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, and very warm and comfortable. The food was beautifully cooked and nicely presented. The owners are clearly committed to customer care and satisfaction and obviously took great pains to provide good service. My single room was cosy and had a view of the mountains. The little bathroom was cute. I would stay there... More

Fabulous stay in this family run hotel. Food was fantastic. My husband had great meat/fish meal, but the great surprise was my meal. As a vegetarian I often have to take fairly ordinary food but this was exceptional. Course by course I was as enthusiastic as my husband about the food presented to us. As for the dessert - wow!!!

On our tour through Scotland we stayed there for a night. It is a nicely located and quiet hotel. Very friendly people and we had a lovely dinner. Our cosy room was under the roof. The hotel can be recommended.

Welcoming staff. Great food. Nice location especially if you travelling by public transport (near to trainstation and bus stop). Single room looks nice, BUT as is described on the site: "This room can be connected with an adjoining Superior Double Room to create a family room for 4 people". If your travelling alone the room of course isn't connected with... More

We were made very welcome from the start. Bar meal in the evening was beyond reproach. Try the salmon for breakfast - unbeatable! The room was a bit small, just right for one night, but probably not for a longer stay. Well appointed, VERY clean, also the bathroom. We would always come back!
