Where to start, we managed a week in this hotel at the end of September when the weather was on the change. Thunderstorms were frequent and vivid which suited me down to the ground. I managed to get some great photographs of the lightning from around the hotel and the surrounding area. Now to the review. The hotel was nicely... More

We booked this though travel republic rather than first choice which offered the all inclusive. We opted for half board so not tied to the hotel all day and time to explore Island by car.(centauro-Ford Focus just 56 pounds a week-off airport site though so watch out for transfer times-our online receipt had wrong time despite entering flight number so... We stayed at the hotel between October 18th and November 1st, so literally left the day the hotel closed for the season. Despite this, I couldn't fault a thing. The hotel staff were friendly and always willing to help. The food was fantastic. Such variety and different every day. Pool bar was open for cold snacks and drinks when scheduled.... More

A truly excellent October half-term all-inclusive break. 2 parents with family aged 8,14,19 - everyone was impressed. Traditional style, simple design, made truly great by genuine friendly and attentive service from every staff member - and importantly no cutting back here for the last week of the season!! The facilities are excellent - 3 different and distinctive pool areas for... More

This hotel was brilliant. Lovely facilities for the kids, lovely kids club staff, we got a room on ground level ideal for having 2 prams with us, and a hop leap and a jump from the pool. Not at all noisy at night, food was varied and well done, reasonable choice for picky toddlers! The room itself was clean and... More

Upon arriving at the hotel I was surprised that it was a 4 star as it didn't look like one. But when you go for your food or to the bar the service of the staff is amazing, as soon as you go to the restaurant your greeted with a smile and a hello, the restaurant was very clean with... More

Just returned on 19th October 2014. Stayed as a couple.Booked through First choice / Thomson and we can't complain. Everything went smoothly.Excellent value for money. Weather lovely. Hotel is good. The food is ok. Not as plentiful compared to what we have previuosly received , at other 4* establishments, but all in all acceptable. Communal areas, bars, pools and gardens... More

Food was excellent with a varied choice. The staff were friendly and always helpful. Yes the location is a bit remote but that didn't bother us as we went to walk anyway, and the bus service in either direction was regular. Everything was always clean and tidy and in the restaurant no sooner had you finished your course your empty... More
