Service is poor and not to mention that, on our first night, our room was ransacked and cellphone stolen, (certainly an inside job), we were only out for a snack, 30 mins max. Local police outside didnt care when we complained...gotta love Tumbes!

Service was disgraceful- we were picked up from the airport. Neither the driver or the pregnant customer service lady spoke to us on our trip back to the hotel. I can appreciate language barriers are difficult but not even an aknowlegment. We arrived and passports were taken and scanned by the pregnant customer service lady. She merely grunted at us...
