We had heard about Villa Lucia for years from other family members who had stayed there. We finally got to experience it this past July. Fabulous piece of property with lots of room...The views are awesome. It is centrally located making it easy to do day trips. The owners Lucy and Jorge are fabulous hosts and we really enjoyed getting... More

We travelled to Villa Lucia with 13 people. Parents, kids, grandkids - what an amazing trip. The property was exactly as it was described and incredibly spacious. There are numerous areas for sleeping, hanging out, cooking, and playing and we had plenty of room. The kids LOVED the pool and grassy areas. Many games of Marco Polo, Freeze Tag, and... More

Many thanks to both Lucy and Jorge from the bottom of our hearts for making my first trip to Italy the best I could have ever imagined! We couldn't have been happier that we found their villa. The two of them are such special people and my husband and I both agree that the time spent at their wonderful villa... More

Cannot say enough about our week here with Lucy and George. Cooking, excursions, accomodations, food, company, laughter....could not have been any better. We went for the Artisan week and discovered Italy in a most unique way...getting to meet a charming 87 year old coppersmith and his wife and see him at work, went on a truffle hunt with the dogs,... Love love love this place and the owners. Lucy and George made our stay there feel as though we were visiting family. Gracious, Kind, loving incredible innkeepers and fenominal chefs. It doesn't get any better than VIlla Lucy! I could have stayed for a month :) If you are visiting the Tuscany region this is the place. Oh and if... More

Went for my husband and I's 30th wedding anniversary, it was wonderful. We signed up for the Artisan week, we had such a great experience. We went truffle hunting with the dogs, visited a copper artisan, ceramic artisan whose pieces are at the Vatican. We went to Modena for balsamic vinegar tour at a family run operation, went to the... We spent the better part of a day at Villa Lucia with a small travel group back in May 2011. It was a day that memories are made of... We started with a tour of the grounds and accommodations, enjoyed some wonderful cooking lessons, even helped prepare the meal. We relaxed under the glorious Tuscan sun for a while and... More

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Villa Lucia in September 2013. We had a bit of a bumpy start with our rental car situation (not the fault of Mr. C or Lucy) but they did their best to help us and to kick off our Tuscan vacaiton right (WINE!!). We were the only guests on the property for... More
