Stayed one night walking the Via Francigena and found this a great B and B. Lovely room on the 1st floor with a nice outlook over the front garden, which is attractively laid out. Spacious shower room, everything has clearly been refurbished reasonably recently and the owner has clearly gone to some trouble to furnish the rooms attractively. Large towels... More

Stayed one night walking the Via Francigena. You need to call the owners who then come over to open up for you. Early in the year, so no other guests, which was wonderful as we had the place to ourselves. Lovely room upstairs with a nice view. Their literature advised a mini bar and there was a fridge, but empty... More

Friends and I stayed here while walking the via francigena in september. We were given a room on the upper level that was very spacious with 2 bedrooms and a large living area as well. The accomodations while basic, were clean and comfortable. Our room had an adjoining rooftop balcony which over looked the city, but there was also a... More

We enjoyed staying in the village and the bed and breakfast was perfectly located. The local flavour was truly a pleasure to experience. It had everything you could want, a couple of bars with terraces, great restaurants and a gelateria. You could buy supplies from local markets and Raluca let us use the kitchen when we wanted to. She managed... More

Stayed for 2 nights, on bb basis, usual ham n cheese breakfast could do with adding boiled eggs on request, pots of tea or coffee would also help and access to a kettle in the rooms, very quiet village, local spa, couple of bars, good location to explore further afield, the house is as described in period decor but needs... We were there only for one night, but time spended there was very nice. Rooms, typical style for tuscany are very nice, clean, and quiet. The brakfast was very good too and owners are so kindly! Sending warm regards there! :) We can recommend!

I stayed for 4 nights and was very impressed. They go "above and beyond" when they can. I was arriving later than check in, so the owner stayed to make sure I got in, and allowed me to park just outside. Breakfasts were nice enough and you can eat outside. On my final day I was leaving early and they... More

The house is very clean and traditional Toscany style. There is a little Spa in the lower ground which we did not use because they offered it for more money. In my mind it should be included. The staff was nice and friendly. Parking directly in front of the house. Free WiFi.

Stayed here on the evening of the 8th of February, bitter cold outside, beautiful and warm inside the Hotel. Warm welcome and beautifully decorated room , bathroom super, bed to die for, and a really lovely breakfast. There to help organise my daughters August wedding, so will be back later in the year.Something else to look forward to. The building... More

Six of us are walking the Francigena to Rome that passes thruogh Gambassi Terme. We booked the Villa Certosa and were very pleased with our stay. The Hotel is small but modern with furnishings and decoration to a high standard. The staff were particularly helpful. Within walking distance is a very good - excellent value - trattoria. The Villa is... More
