We spent a week at Tenuta Sant’ilario and genuinely cannot recommend it highly enough. The farmhouse itself is beautiful, our room was spacious and nicely decorated and the communal outside area where breakfast was served was gorgeous. The only minor improvement would be a bath as there was only a small shower in the bathroom. The pool area is a... More

We had a lovely time staying at this marvelous B&B. Especially enjoyed the nice clean rooms, fantastic design and the pool area. The breakfast is a real feast and the road is not as bad as some reviews make you think (take the uphill road, not the google maps one) - we drow there with a sports car and hardly... More

Thanks for the positive feedback and for the good words about the road which we have repaired at the beginning of the season so anyone with sport car or city car can get the estate. I remember you had a sport car and you told me the driving to get the property was fine. The are two entrance roads but... More

What a fantastic setting. The owners were so helpful when I had injured my ankle on a walking holiday, rather than let us pay a small fortune to a taxi driver from san gimignano to drive all the way from there and take us up to the town for dinner then wait and drive us back to the hotel, they... Thanks for the positive feedback. We were delighted to help you during your short stay in our property. We always suggest to get here by car because we are in the countryside and the closest restaurant is about 1,5 km far. You stayed here only one night and even without car it's not a problem but you couldn't walk up... More

It is very nice place to stay. Its location is very good because it takes only 1 h to Firenze, Siena and only 25 minutes to Gimignano. Staff was very polite, and everything was very good. Its beautiful place to stay with friend, family. They also like dogs. There are nice pools, nice rooms, nice small hauses for six people.... More

Dear guest, thanks for the review on this web site. It's very important for us knowing what our guests think. As you have already specified, the car is useful because the property is about 1,5 km from the main street. The path to get the pool is about 200 meters far from the rooms B&B; it's a little bit far... More

The place is wonderful! Franka and her staff are the most lovely, friendly and nice people i have ever met in the industry of truism. (And i work in it). The B&B is romantic and cosy.
