This place is SUCH a GEM! We had no idea what we were stumbling upon relatively late at night on our way to the hot springs in Saturnia. Wow! The sweetest, most charming, unique place! Angela and Enrico are the most lovely hosts supporting local, organic farmers, preparing all the food with love including peach marmelaid with rosemary with fresch... More

We stayed at Locanda La Pieve last September. Angela and Enrico are wonderful hosts and serve delicious local fresh fare for breakfast and dinner. This small Locanda is charming, historic and comfortable. We visited the Saturnian Thermals, Pitigliano, Etruscan ruins and the small medieval village of Semproniano during the day and spent romantic evening dining on the back deck under... More

This is the most charming, comfortable, updated and welcoming hotel in which I've ever stayed. Your hosts - Angela and Enrico - will make you feel like family the moment you arrive. Ask Enrico to make you some pici!! The beds are so comfortable you won't want to get up in the morning, but the town of Semproniano beckons and... More

Gorgeous rustic home-like experience in a historic town in Tuscany. Quaint guest rooms with modern facilities. The welcoming hosts, Angela and Enrico are friendly, professional, and most accommodating. They epitomize the classy, simple, cultural way of life in the heart of Semproniano. The food, prepared by our hosts, was fresh and delicious, inherently characteristic of this area. I dream of... More

When you are in Semproniano, staying with Angela and Rico is a must; very nice couple who go out of their way to please you. Rooms are very nice and the food terrific. Rico is a fantastic cook and uses only products from the region. The hotel is situated just below the old lovely town, with its nooks and crannies to... More

I have stayed at this Hotel several times before, but each time back I think it becomes more charming. From the Host and Hostess cheerful check in, to the absolutely spotless beautiful guest rooms, all details are met. Our small group reserved 3 nights at this pretty place. We also pre arranged a COOKING CLASS, and our group was treated... More

They made me feel like I was at a home away from homes. Their staff have an excellent level of professionalism and respect. I have stayed at many hotels and seen some pretty horrific hotels. This one is by far the greatest one.

We stayed 5 nights in this wonderful hotel and, honestly, we felt that we were staying with some friends rather than in a hotel. Cute little Tuscanian village, lovely and inventive home-made food, simple yet classy rooms, lovely terrace for breakfast, dinner or star-watching but, most important, Angela and Enrico are wonderful and very professional hosts. A must-do if you... More

One of the joys of Tuscany is getting off the usual tourist trail and immersing yourself in the local culture.Rest assured the locals will know you're from somewhere else since Semproniano is tiny and Angela and Enrico's wonderful little B&B is right in the center of town. Outstanding dinner, quaint room, very laid back.

We recently stayed at this superb small hotel in Semproniano in a less touristy part of Italy. We were delighted to discover an immaculately maintained gem..owned and totally operated by Enrico and Angela, both experienced in the hospitality industry. The small rooms are attractive and comfortable but the breakfasts and dinners are just excellent. Enrico, a self trained chef produces sensational... More
