We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in October 2013 and travelled with our dog. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the hotel is super clean. Terrible hotel in every aspect. First of all, when we arrived, we noticed the hotel is located in some kind of micro climate. In comparison to Naples where we came from, it felt 10degrees colder at a minimum. Then, when trying to enter the hotel, the slinding doors from the main entrance seemed to be locked. We stayed here for 6 nights during August 2012, we ended up here following a cancelation from their sister hotel across the road (The Galassia Park Hotel) they said it was being renovated but to be honest it looked like it was all boarded up. I recently had the chance to stay at this property and was genuinely pleased. The property is brand new and very modern.
