I enjoyed the hotel very much. Their restaurant was very good, as evidenced by local people eating there all hours of the day. It is next to the Cathedral and central historical mall area, which is a very nice place to walk, shop and people watch. Especially when they have the splash working with all the children playing. Being centrally... More

We had a wonderful 3 weeks in Mexico with friendly efficient service everywhere and the most diverse country and experiences. This was the only place where we were treated any differently than excellent. We arrived at 2230 from a late train to be told abruptly there was no food or drink available. Even when asking for a glass of water... More

This hotel has no special local character, which was disappointing, but it was well run, with helpful staff and in a great location right in the center of Chihuahua, next door to the Cathedral with it's pretty square. Large well-appointed bedrooms.

Overbooking a hotel and informing returning guests with reservations that there is not a room for them is a bad business practice; however, by experience and observation, one in which the Quality Inn in Chihuahua engages. It reflects badly upon the hotel and its front desk staff which has to interact with hotel guests. It happened to me on a... More

After staying here back in May of 2013 for our trip to Copper Canyon, we went back to Chihuahua and stayed here again from Sept. 26 to Sept. 30th. The hotel location is perfect because it is in the center of town and we absolutely love being so close to the plaza, the cathedral and to many other historical places.... More

We stayed here before going on the train to Copper Canyon. It is right behind the 400 year old church, the local food and trinket market is around the corner. The very touristy area of bars was 4 blocks away. We wandered around 4 evenings and felt perfectly safe. The entire historical plaza is being rebuilt, I will be anxious... More

My husband and I had the chance to stay at this hotel at the beginning or our trip to Copper Canyon and we also stayed here for two more nights after we came back from Copper Canyon. We had a nice room with two queen beds. The only thing I did not like is they only gave us two very... More

A clean and decent hotel in dowtown Chihuahua. Comfortable rooms. Staff is very helpful. Restaurant is barely OK if yo don't have any other place to go, especially for dinner. If lunch, many option near by. I had lunch across the street in a very tidy seafood place which is much better than the hotel's dinning option. PERFECTLY SAFE TO... More

lovely friendly staff, however the hotel is kncker and needs a massive update. Great for a 1-2 night stay max. Not suitable for longer stays as it would make you a little 'loco' as there no facility to work in your room or relax at night in the hotel.

Nice looking hotel and great location, however needs updating. Those big TVs from last century do not look good in a hotel nowadays. Only one tiny bottle of water per room and very cheap disposable cups. Not enough ac outlets and difficult to get the few available.
