My partner anbd I stayed at this B&B over the ANZAC weekend 2008. The facility is exceptional, well appointed and very clean. We arrived to a 5 star room with a view over the rolling hills of the hunter valley (sun was setting) greeted by a lovely local bottle of wine, olives and yummy nibblies tasting platter. This was an absolutely fabulous weekend. The experience from arrival to departure was outstanding. Our hosts provided a venue that was outstanding, their attention to detail and all the special touches ensured that we felt immediately comfortable, relaxed and at home. The owners of the wilderness grove harrassed us the entire time we were there. We were there for my sisters wedding. A small affair 20 people. Unfortunately this review is not an accurate and true indication of the situation. Perhaps this is because the reviewer did not actually stay at Wilderness Grove. Wilderness Grove is a small, four suite luxury guesthouse. It is not a function venue. While marquee weddings are held on the lawns very occasionally and only with the express permission of the owners,...
