The staffs were friendly and the hotel located at nice location just 100 meters from town center and hardly 100 meters from main road. Hotel arranges tours to main attractions and tour guides are all friendly. During our stay, previous day we forget our stuff 150kms away possada barranca, the staff in Margarita plaza was kind enough to retrieve it... More

I recently stayed here for 3 nights with my 8 year old son. Everything was beautiful. Lovely hotel with a great patio. Breakfast and supper included with the stay. Great wifi in the rooms. Everything was very clean, especially the rooms. Beds were comfortable and clean. The tour guides were fabulous, they were very knowledgeable, safe drivers and took very... More

Room with two beds is 1100 pesos per night. About $71 per night. We have issues with our reservations at the arrival, they was trying to give us a room in the downtown area. Which is not good if you are looking for a quiet place, specially if you have an eight months baby. Breakfast and dinner was "free", commodities... More

This appears to be another branch of the "Casa Margarita" hotels in the Creel area. Same price - 700 pesos for 2 people/2 beds, about US$50.00. Spacious and comfortable room (turn on the heater in the winter months, it gets cold in Creel!) with wi-fi and TV. Dinner and breakfast are included so take advantage of that if you want,... More

Narrow field of choices for hotels in Creel. This place was small, rooms all surround a lovely outdoor courtyard with tables and garden. We had nice corner rooms, one with full kitchenette. Staff was attentive and responsive. Hotel was full two of the three nights we were there but still quiet and the provided meals were basic but tasty and... More

I stayed at this hotel one night in February with extended family. This well maintained hotel is focused around a charming inner courtyard. The Mexican style used throughout was greatly appreciated and enjoyed. The service was also very good. Problems with a light bulb and heater were fixed IMMEDIATELY and in a very friendly courteous manner. I would certainly stay... More

It's actually a very nice, clean place, with very helpful and English speaking staff. Beautiful courtyard, as well as cable TV and Wi Fi. Breakfast and Supper come with the price of the room. The problem is the food is very hit, or miss. Mostly it isn't very good at all! That being said, it is still worth it, as... More

This motel The motel was cute, the rooms were clean, and it was a true Mexican style motel. The courtyard was adorable, and our tour group took advantage of sitting our there and having a good time. The food was not good. We did have good cauliflower soup, then fried fish that was not good. The guy in our group... More

Hotel Margarita was a last minute choice. Getting off the train we were confronted with many men who supposedly worked for them (only one actually did), so we made the five minute walk there ourselves. The place was cute and very Mexican, the rooms clean and comfortable. My gripes were that staff were not very helpful, there was many miscommunications... More

Not a good experience. Paid for dinner & breakfast turned out to be non-existent, allegedly the restaurant was being rennovated. You could see that there were no signs of. Cold and difficult to get the heating organised. Local hotel pickup & tour were a rip off. In any case avoid Creel, the Copper Canyon is so much more immediately accessible... More
