was a bit weary at first but was a great time hanging out with the people that run the place and there friends, much better off than staying by the square or on the main street. never noticed the train must have been having too much fun every night:)

the price is okay if you dont mind the train wistle waking you up. it has a lovely balconey but unfortunatly it overlooks the train tracks and the lady working in the hotel is not very nice. also the doors are locked late at night if you want to go out for a night on the town or check in... More

This place is perfect for the budget traveler. We paid $10 a night for a clean room with really cool wood-frame beds and a gas heater that kept us warm through the cold nights (it gets cold up in the mountains). I stayed in the second floor room, it was like a little log cabin. Lovely wood furnishings and nice ensuite. Highly recommended!
