We booked at short notice at this hotel. It is right on the sea front. Our room was a large double with bay window overlooking the sea. Plenty of room. Could lie in bed and sea through the window. Had small ensuite. Owner, Robin was extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel is a bit old fashioned, but ideal to stay for... More

Payed for a double en-suite room upfront (MISTAKE!), it was terrible .. really! .. my wife and I put our own beech towels on the bed to sleep on, and used the towels provided to walk on instead of the manky old carpet! We very nearly slept in the car which says it all! I am amazed this place can... More

Spent 2 nights here. The title says it all. The owner Robin was friendly enough, but the infrastructure was terrible. For the money you pay (circa £25 a night), you would be better buying a tent and going for a greasy spoon breakfast. If you want an authentic 1960s experience (sight and smell), tuck in.

I am struggling to find anything positive to say about this B&B/Hotel! The owner was friendly enough but the room was dated and needed a good clean.
