this place is clean and safe like most of south Trinidad, there is a restaurant on the premises that serves great food. getting to this hotel from the airport is about an hour drive and you will need a taxi to get you there.

I'm on my second night of staying and so far I have no real complaints. The staff has been real friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and inviting upon arrival. The WiFi is fast and the food at the restaurant has surpassed my expectations for someone who is a picky eater and not comfortable with trying new foods. Today... More

I was here for a week of business meetings. The room looked very nice when I entered. There was a musty smell that I discovered was the shower. It seemed clean enough and it may just be an island thing due to the moisture. The good news is that the windows open wide and the fresh air helped. Some Clorox... More

Dear Anne, On the website we do not state that there is a hot tub in the presidential suite. We just have a picture of each of the presidential suites. The presidential rooms have king beds and upgraded fixtures. When you called, the presidential suite was available but we do get bookings all the time and when we received your... More

Have stayed at this hotel maybe 3-4 times this year for only a couple of days at a time for ease of access to worksite. People are courteous, friendly and generally welcoming. But.... ( I here it comes ) Rooms are a dated mess and frankly not clean. Things can be old, worn out, just like me, but it takes... More

This hotel has spacious rooms and is quite lively on weekends. Breakfasts were lovely with an omelette and pancake station plus regular fare. The local veggies were wonderful and Sunday brunch was really special with bake and smoked herring plus others. Sue makes the whole event extra special as she is warm and accommodating. Would recommend for locals and foreigners... More

Had an over night stay here in April 2015. Friendly helpful staff, clean and comfortable, the free wifi was very good and the food met my expectations. There is a nice relaxing atmosphere on the terrace by the pool with comfortable seating. No complaints at all. Will be back for sure.

I'm worked for a Trini company and they pay for me this hotel. The first impact was good, but durin the days i found some things like: room not to much cleaned, the people that are working not every time speak each other and we risk to waste time for a simple request. Breakfast, the time at open the restaurant... More
