Very pleasant stay and relaxing time in March this year. Good helpful friendly staff and also driver Miguel helpful for trips out. Great food but a bit remote to access other restaurants and attractions. Beautiful and very secure gated grounds and pool. Great room with our own courtyard.

My dad and I spent two weeks mainly in Argentina and Chile, and this was our favorite stay by far. The posada is set among grape vines and olive trees, and we tried both the wine and olive oil made from them- delicious. We were obsessed with the olive oil, and even brought a bottle home with us. The staff... More

Posada Verde Oliva is a mini resort with lovely airy rooms, helpful staff, beautiful gardens and a pool. We spent 2 nights at the beginning of April. Unfortunately I had fallen on the day of our arrival on a walk in the gorgeous nearby mountains. My ankle was swollen and achy and the staff couldn't have been nicer. They brought... More

Stayed at Posada Verde Oliva for four nights in March 2015. We had a fantastic time, staff were friendly, room was beautifully decorated and very clean! We had dinner every night at the Posada as we were often out all day on various wine tours. If you can't managed the full three course meal they will happily make a lighter... More

What a trip to rave about. The rooms, the host, the surroundings were more than to be excepted. I love the location, the scenery, the out of the way location made the ideal spot for a short or long getaway. I highly recommend this location as a keeper.

This was the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to Argentina. It's located between Maipu and Mendoza, so you need a taxi or a bus to go both ways. We had one of the bigger rooms with a huge bathroom. Everything was very clean, and the staff is very kind and ready to help anytime. The garden area... More

This was our second time in Maipu and we had no hesitation in booking at Posada Verde Oliva again - we were not dissapointed. This delightful small hotel amongst the vines really is a great place to relax and unwind. We were given a warm welcome and the helpful staff did everything possible to make our stay perfect. The rooms... More

I won't repeat all of the wonderful, and true, things other reviewers have said.......If you are going to Mendoza, don't bother staying in the hotels downtown. Downtown Mendoza is another 30 minutes away from wine country and really doesn't have much to offer other than restaurants. The posada is 10 - 20 minutes away from many wonderful wineries and is... My husband and I spent two nights at Posada Verde Oliva on our recent trip to Argentina to celebrate my 50th birthday. It was perfectly lovely! Our room was clean and well-appointed, the grounds are beautiful, and the patio and living room are charming. We ate dinner there both nights after busy days seeing the area. The food was great!... We really enjoyed our short stay at Posada Verde Oliva. Brenda was most helpful in arranging a transfer, organizing bikes, recommending places to visit/eat, even supplying us with a card to use the local bus service to visit Mendoza. Our room was lovely and immaculate, and the grounds were serene and perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery. We... More
