My husband and I stayed for a week and had a peaceful time. We enjoyed the ocean view off the dining area and I even bathed in the shallow part of Sandy Point beach. Staff was very professional and checked in to make sure all was well. Grounds are well-maintained and the room was kept clean daily with fresh linens.... More

Firstly, I will mention that this is my tenth (10th) consecutive Carnival long weekend staying at this hotel, and my first visit was over twenty five (25) years ago as a very small child. All my stays here have been with my immediate and/or extended family with a minimum party of five (5) guests. We have returned time after time... More

I was stranded in Tobago one evening and needed a place to stay overnight. Sandy Point was one of the few places close to the airport (walking distance) and the beach that had a vacancy. For this I was grateful. The staff at the front desk was quite pleasant. The hotel lead to a beach which had a jetty and... More

I recently booked a beach front unit and upon checking in I was shocked to see that there was no stove or cooking utensils but just a small fridge and one glass and a single teacup. Vanessa at the front desk staff blatantly told me she had advised me of that when the unit was booked but this was absolutely... More

Hi Dear, we appreciate your comments. However our website and brochure said that suite apt and studio apt have fully equipped Kitchenette, no beach front or pool side rooms. Anyhow when a customer calls, it is explained to them what each room come with. The room that you were moved in at first has not mold, neither the second room... More

We stayed at Sandy Point Village for a weekend in October. The place is generally nice, close to the airport, Store Bay and of course the beach. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was really nice compared to other places we stayed, very nicely furnished (though I'm told that each room is unique). Our room had the bathroom,... More

I stayed in 505, It's in need of renovations -amenities needs upgrading ( imagine no microwave), housekeeping can improve, especially bathroom area where there was a lot of sand in the shower upon check - in, alot of garbage on perimeter which can encourage rodents. The walk from reception to apartment was very long with wooden walkway and stairs, made it... More

Just got back from Tobago yesterday. My party of four stayed in a two bedroom apartment. We previously stayed in a similar apartment 12 years ago. Trust me there has not been any renovations done during that time. The toilet is stained and brown and the bathroom fixtures are not cleaned properly. The apartment was cleaned daily but beds not... I must admit that despite the need for some major upgrades in almost every area, the property was generally quite clean. My room on the other hand was my major disappointment. From an outdated TV with no remote, squeaky wooden floors, poor lighting, old bathroom fittings, and not to forget the worn and discolored towels and no exhaust vents in... More
