Fristly these two ladies do not know how to talk to general public, they are unfriendly, unwilling and rude. Secondly when you call to book a room they say 'i would call you back' and never calls back and when you do call back they upset with you and giving u attitude. I was trying to book three rooms with... More

We stayed at Sandy Point Village for a weekend in October. The place is generally nice, close to the airport, Store Bay and of course the beach. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was really nice compared to other places we stayed, very nicely furnished (though I'm told that each room is unique). Our room had the bathroom,... More

I stayed in 505, It's in need of renovations -amenities needs upgrading ( imagine no microwave), housekeeping can improve, especially bathroom area where there was a lot of sand in the shower upon check - in, alot of garbage on perimeter which can encourage rodents. The walk from reception to apartment was very long with wooden walkway and stairs, made it... More

This place is quaint, needs renovatin though, when we stayed we had a downstairs one bed appartment which was damp smelling from air con, but we were moved to 2 bed apartment which had broken window, but window was fixed very quickly. Overall clean, the food was nice the staff in the restaurant very nice, one of the receptionists was... More

Just got back from Tobago yesterday. My party of four stayed in a two bedroom apartment. We previously stayed in a similar apartment 12 years ago. Trust me there has not been any renovations done during that time. The toilet is stained and brown and the bathroom fixtures are not cleaned properly. The apartment was cleaned daily but beds not... I must admit that despite the need for some major upgrades in almost every area, the property was generally quite clean. My room on the other hand was my major disappointment. From an outdated TV with no remote, squeaky wooden floors, poor lighting, old bathroom fittings, and not to forget the worn and discolored towels and no exhaust vents in... More

Although it definitely needs some major updates, the bedroom & kitchenette were adequate and were cleaned thoroughly every day. Harriet is the best! The bathroom was as clean as it possibly could have been, given the fact that the tub was so rusted there were holes in it. Eek! The towel thing didn't bother us, as we were out much... More

Mr Micheal Small needs to do some SERIOUS RENOVATIONS here. When travelling to Tobago, one likes to feel some sense of paadise, my god if you go here, get those feelings out of your head. The plus side is close proximity to the airport, so close you can walk, upon arriving the lobby I mean the entrance...lobby??? there is no... More

Coming from Trinidad and hearing about SPV for some years, I decided to ditch the villas (where I would normally stay) and opt for the hotel experience with my husband and 3 children. Firstly, I was "underwhelmed" at the reception area which was dingy, to say the least. From this ghastly sight, my suspicion arose regarding what the rooms would... More

After reading some previous reviews, I was hesitant when I booked the hotel, I am a die hard for Tropikist but wanted to experience Tobago outside of the all inclusive. We were checked in a little before check in time. the girls at reception were real sweet hearts. We were given a room over the road from the main hotel... More
