Just back and had an excellent time thanks to Eric, General Manager and his staff. We were warmly welcomed from the minute we stepped out of the taxi and served well throughout the whole stay. The food was first class and the souffles well worth the 20 min wait : not sure how the Chef gets them to rise so... More

A retirement celebration and my wife's big birthday was acknowledged by an upgrade to a great suite with views over the beach. A personal welcome and drink from the lovely Elizabeth. You need to engage with the staff, whether it's Curtiss and David on the beach or Eric the governor and you will get the help you need. If you... More

This hotel is close to the Airport and nearby banks and within walking distance to lots of local restaurants/cafes/hangouts. This can't possibly be the best hotel on the island and is certainly not value for money. We didn't eat in the restaurant as it looked a bit overpriced! But he hotel has a 'sister' cafe off site and about a... More

we stayed here for the second part of our honeymoon and I must say we were not disappointed! Right from our complimentary welcome cocktail we were treated wonderfully by the hotel's staff. The room was overlooking the beach which was perfect. The bay itself is an enclosed bay which was perfect for us as we enjoy swimming, also the snorkeling... More

My husband and I celebrated our 30th anniversary here at the end of October. We were upgraded to a suite which was very clean and comfortable with a lovely see view. I will admit that on arrival we did complain about the decking area and sun beds being very tatty (they do need improvement!) but we were SO well looked... More

My family and I stayed for approximately three nights at this hotel during October to November, 2014. The stay at the hotel was fair, and the majority of the staff was friendly. There were one or two employees however that could cause the hotel to get negative feedback on the whole. On arrival to the hotel, the receptionist and bellmen... More

My husband and I had a wonderful 2 weeks in Coco Reef at the beginning of September this year. We are both in our fifties and wanted total rest and relaxation and that is exactly what we got. Our days were spent swimming, eating, reading, drinking and sleeping. The food was great, the staff could not have been nicer, the... More

Considering that we had been told that this was the best hotel on the island, maybe our expections were a little too high. When we arrived we were greeted by staff at reception with a smile and were quickly checked into our rooms, apart from that I found the reception staff lacking warmth and common curtesy. We had a garden... More

The beach at Coco Reef is a fantastic man made private lagoon. Absolutely stunning. Hotel is very much created to be a mock quaint old Plantation rather than a modern chic Hotel. Rooms are slightly dated / part of the style (example bath curtains rather than screens). Staff are fantastic. Special mention to Eric and Elizabeth who went above and... More

Arrived in the Coco Reef on 2/10/2014 first two days it rained heavy. We were a bit disappointed after travelling from Wales where we get more than our share of wet weather. After two days the sun came out my and wife was happy. The rest of the holiday was great we met lots friendly people from the UK most of... More
