we loved it here. so many places are described as unique, but this one really is, i'd return in a heartbeat. that is even thou the weather was often unreliable while we were there. if you're thinking about going there, read the description carefully to be sure it is the right place for you. it is Amazing! the place is... Tassia Lodge is magical in every way. Wonderful staff, wonderful host in Antonia, amazing food and community owned. A place to experience and discover a totally different part of Kenya. Highly recommended. A place to return to. Best to get there from wherever you are by plane rather than overland although Tassia will come and meet you from wherever you... More

We came to Tassia on very high recommendation that we wanted an ultralux safari, not a spafari with little to no engagement with Kenya. And he delivered. I had no idea what to expect at Tassia, but it creates a unique feeling of isolation and connection to the land that I've never experienced anywhere. We ended up taking Safarilink before... More

Like many, I would sit in a safari vehicle and look at animals every available minute while in Africa. But, I've found that a visit to Tassia, which is more about being close to the land and understanding the local tribes is a wonderful respite. The food is incredible, the rooms, with the open to the world walls, are restful,... More

It has been almost one year that my family and I spent Christmas time at the Tassia Lodge. At times I felt guilty not to have written a review about this amazing place: I have to confess I rather wanted to keep it for myself, but it would be a shame not to share this wonderful experience with the rest... Its hard to describe the sensation when you first arrive at Tassia and see the view. The lodge sits perched on the cliff top and the awe and scale of the scenery is breathe taking. Unlike any other view we experienced in Kenya its scale and variety are mesmerising. The lodge itself moulded into the cliff top with a series... More

This is the time I would like to give an extra star and not to be limited to 5 stars. I have seen a lot of lodges in Africa, but Tassia is one of the most magic places in the world. The view, the natural and well-designed rooms, the fantastic food (Antonia is very creative and has written already her... More

Tassia lodge where my husband and I stayed in October 2013 is a little corner of paradise located between earth and sky. It is stunningly beautiful, very comfortable, extremely well managed by a wonderful young couple whose hearts and talents are rooted in this lodge perched on a cliff. The food is delicious and organic and the lodging is magical.... More

I would visit Tassia again in a second. We went with our two children (ages 6 and 4) and friends with kids of similar ages as well as grandparents. Three generations loved the blend of safari, wildnerness, eco-consciousness, luxury and conscientious hospitality. We loved it. You should go.

Tassia is an amazing place! The ethos, exemplary service, location, food and styling make this a truly unique experience and one we will certainly never forget. We spent 2 nights at the lodge and were impressed by the hospitality of the entire team. The suites are dispersed amongst the natural environment, beautifully styled with a moroccan twist and allow you... More
