Our 3 night stay at Precipice Creek was the highlight of our trip to NZ. The view from the Unit was amazing and the Unit was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and huge so we used the leftovers to make a yummy picnic each day. The 3 dogs were gorgeous and it was... More

We stayed here for only 2 nights in early April this year as we were touring both the South and the North Islands Wish we could have stayed longer. We were first warmly greeted by the 4 legged hosts to this magnificent hillside home. We had just finished thoroughly enjoying a farm stay in Te Anau, so we were prepared... More

I booked 2 nights here for an easter treat. It was a treat. The accommodation is spot on. The breakfast enormous and delicious, and the view to die for. Not to mention the incredibly friendly, well behaved dogs and Vladka's warm and helpful manner. If I could go back tomorrow I would! my only gripe was the strong smell of... More

There are so many words that can describe this Bed & Breakfast: amazing, wonderful, incredible, beautiful, welcoming, peaceful, quiet, relaxing, addictive. There is no other way to put it: this is one of the best B&B in New Zealand. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to explore the Glenorchy/Queenstown area and the Milford Sound. There are... My wife and I stayed for 2 nights at Precipice B&B in late March 2014. We both loved it and would happily go back again. Very homely and comfortable, great and informative host, great breakfast (with enough to take some lunch with you for the day!), beautiful views.

Had a really amazing 6 nights at Precipice Creek B&B. The apartment is gorgeous and very luxurious. The location is also great and very close to numerous great day and multi day hikes. Breakfast is yummy and plentiful. Although the kitchen doesn't have a stovetop it really doesn't prevent you from cooking up some great food as there is a... More

Very comfortable B&B as a base to enjoy day hikes around Glenorchy. Enough space to spend a rainy day inside. Lots of advice on activities from the friendly host. Superb breakfast. Friendly dogs. Highly recommended.

My wife and I stayed for an evening at Precipice Creek during our honeymoon in November. The room was amazing and Vladka (one of the proprietors) was super-accommodating, working with us to arrange a time for our late arrival after gunning it from Queenstown. The accommodation feels like it is brand new and has the clean, unused feel to it.... More
