Stayed here for five nights beginning of March and had a wonderful stay. The apartment was a great size and very comfortable. Great location to the ski slopes, restaurants, shops and bars. Would definitely stay here again.

We are regular visitors to Hirafu for the winter season, this was our first time staying at any of the HT Holidays properties. Due to availability issues, we spent a few nights at one property (Youtei Tracks) then had to move to Yama Shizen East for the remainder of our stay (pre-arranged). The move of our luggage/belongings was handled by... More

Stayed here early Feb 2015 in Yama Shizen West 5th floor. Easy check in and hotel organised pick up & drop off bus for free from welcome centre. Staff ok & great little coffee shop down stairs. About 10min walk from hotel to ski lifts. Lots of restaurants within walking distance to hotel. Good ski/snowboard & boot storage room downstairs.... More

Modern rooms and a good location, and short walk or ski from the gondola. Service was great. We had a lovely studio with lots of good natural light. Super clean, awesome to have access to a laundry right outside the door. Quiet at night. We had them put the twin beds together to make a king and it almost wasn't... More

Our family 2 adults, 2 teenagers and 10yo stayed for 10 days in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment at Youtei Tracks (a sister property of Yama Shizen) and short walk from Yama Shizen. Property run by HT who provided ski valet at Gondola. Apartment modern, spacious and well equipped (lots of cooking utensils, good washing machine and excellent drying... More

Stayed here with family in a three bedroom apartment. Very well equipped, warm and had everything you need for a week skiing. Heated ski storage at ground level but we opted to keep our kit up at the ski gondola station for no additional charge. It's only a ten minute walk away and you can ski back via a back... More

We have stayed at Yama Shizen East for 5 nights. We had a three bedroom condo. It was very spacious and very clean. Kitchen was very well equipped and as we had the corner room, the view was very nice. The only slight problem there was the shared bathroom was always very wet on the after someone had showered as... Our family of seven have just spent another great skiing holiday in Niseko. Like last year, we stayed at Yama Shizen, close to Grand Hirafu Gondolas and to restaurants and bars. We will be back again!

This is my first time going to hokkaido resorts with friends. The apartment has all the equipment for dinning and laundry. There are common ski / board room and boots room. The location is close to the main street and gondola station. The staff are very kind to help with the package deliveries and rentals. Very recommend for non-Japanese visitors.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment, a small group of adults and it was great. We were skiing in Feb 2014 and found the apartment was well located and set up for skiers and snow boarders. We had to walk to the chairlift but once you get used to it, it's fine. The apartments are new and well fit... More
