My husband and I booked this apartment in this summer which is their slow season(summer for no snow skiing) for 2 nights. The room is with no air-con and no window to open. We could only open the door at the balcony which has no lock to secure us during the night. It took the hotel staff 1.5 hours to... More

Dear Ms. Ho First of all we would like to thank you for choosing Yama Shizen during your stay in Niseko. Our apologies that you did not feel secure on the 2nd floor of Yama Shizen and could not sleep with the balcony door open, we would have been happy to move you to a higher floor if that would... Lovely 3 bed apartment with several bathrooms. Excellent location near chair lifts. Close to many good restaurants and coffee shops. Ski drying room downstairs and a small cafe. Great balcony with hot tub. Big kitchen to cool meals etc. Would recommend.

We had a good stay. The hotel offers free pick up and drop off service from the train stations. Helpful staff, a washing machine and dryer in your room, good location and close to bus stops, spacious accommodation and decent breakfast. This place seems to have a good combination of everything. On a clear day, you may see mountain views... More

My husband and I stayed for two nights in a studio. Everything was good and the staffs were very helpful. The room has a decent size, bigger than average Japanese hotel rooms, and well equipped. It's good that they have English channels so we could have sth to do when it's cold outside. Hotel offers shuttles to all key transportation... More

Stayed in Yama again this year and was not disappointed. Great ski in location, new cafe in lobby for the early coffee, ski room and drying room really good. Apartment large, very well appointed and spotlessly clean. Also a great upper village location. Will definitely be back there. Snowfall of 3+ meters over the 2 weeks we were there was... More

We booked the penthouse with the outdoor jacuzzi in January with 7 people. It was unbelievable, we lived like royalty the whole time we were there. There was nothing better than returning from a day of skiing for a spa. The cost when split between 7 was very acceptable when compared to hotel accommodation for the same number. Close to... More

It has everything that you need even though i have already prepared my own from detergent to dish washing liquid. Even hangers are provided at laundry area in the event that you need to wash clothes that cannot be dried in the dryer. The only complain i have is the bed is not comfortable. You can feel that it's time... More

Accommodation itself, cannot criticize anything, big bed, nice shower, very comfy room. Friendly staff. Only thing is the walking distance to the slope not as close as advertised, however perfectly acceptable.

The place is fully equipped with all the things you may need and want in your own home. It's just a short walk to the ski base but I won't recommend carrying your ski uphill. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance, so close to everything. Great place for family and friends. Will be back soon.

I was in Yama Shizen last December with some girlfriends on skiing trip to niseko. As usual we choose HT holidays as staff are very helpful and friendly. We been using HT holiday a couple of time, as they never disappointing us at all. The apartment is new and zen. We love the place except location may be a bit... More
