I had 3 days here last March. It's nothing luxurious or special but it seems to be the best location for skiing, right smack at the lifts. I enjoyed it. The first room they showed me though was very ordinary, facing the carpark with no sun. I was moved to a much lighter, sunnier room with a nice outlook to... More

It was our first time in Niseko and this hotel is a mere 15 minute taxi ride from Kutchan train station. Train station is very bare-bone but there's an indoor taxi waiting "office" right across the street from the train station. You could take the public bus too if you'd like. and probably ski shuttles if you wanna do some... More

We stayed here the last three nights of March for the last skiing trip of the season. Overall the hotel is quite good, although it does have some quirks. The pros: - The location is excellent and makes it a real ski-in ski-out experience, only one minute walk from the Welcome Center (where the bus from the airport arrives and... More

As the title says, best thing about this hotel is the location right next to the Ace Quad #2. Onsen is nice enough, as is the pool. Rooms were basic, at the level one would expect in a business hotel in Japan, but comfortable enough.

We stayed here over the children's break from school (also overlapping with Chinese New Year). The whole resort was booked but we were lucky enough to get a very nice and clean apartment at Alpen Ridge rt next to the family Chair Lift so literally ski in / out. The SkiJapan team who manages the property are excellent and very... More

Stayed 1 night since my primary accommodation was not available for that night. Location is excellent. You can basically ski in and ski out. They provide lockers for your skis/snowboards free of charge. The Grand Hirafu Welcome Centre where most of the airport buses stop is across the road. The Ace Quad Chairlift is 20m away. The room I had... More

Location is excellent. Just next to a ski school and chairlifts(one to green slope and the other one more advanced slope) You can basically ski in and ski out. They provide lockers for your skis free of charge. Also just within 3 min walking distance to the Grand Hirafu Welcome Centre where most of the airport buses stop. Totally no... More

Located beside the Ace Quad Chairlift. Great rooms, breakfast, Onsen, friendly and helpful staff. Best Sashimi restaurant at the front door. Highly recommend. Access to powder boarding and skiing at your doorstep. Finish the day with a brilliant onsen free to hotel guests.

My father who is a very difficult to satisfy has been coming to this hotel at least 3 times a year for over 10 years. Location - bus station is across from the hotel and the airport bus (we use Niseko White Liner) stops there. Hotel is situated right in front of the slope, lifts, a ski school and a... More

We were fortunate to have a 4th floor room over looking the ski runs, but aside from this the hotel offers an amazing location, great smiles from staff and good in house services. If your an aussie its great to not be amongst the rest of the village as there are soo many aussies here. Not a bad thing but... More
