I was supposed to stay at this hotel but had to cancel because of work. The owner was extremely understanding and was very nice to personally make arrangements for me. Trustworthy and reliable - will definitely recommend this place to all my friends!

Truly enjoy the winter holiday here. The staff here were extremely friendly and helpful, making the stay very memorable. Especially with Ken, Justin, Matthew and few other staff. The staff assisted us in arranging for visits to the local public bath, restaurants and also train station. They did not just drop you at those locations, in fact, they make sure... More

My third stay at Freedom Inn Niseko in 3 years is starting to feel like an annual pilgrimage. The rooms and food are still homely, clean and comfortable. And it's the staff that again made the stay exceedingly enjoyable. Staying at Freedom Inn feels more like staying at the home of a bunch of young friends than in a hotel.... More

The inn is perfectly located for skiing the Hanazono section of the Niseko Resort. The staff and owners are very helpful in providing you with everything you need to know to make your stay enjoyable. This hotel is a bit isolated from the main action in the area but they provide shuttle service to main area so the location is... More

... having this said, nothing has really changed since 2009. Please be Aware that one Needs always a lift by the Hotel staff to get anywhere. Unless you have your own Transport. We would come back, in case we will visit Niseko again. Skiing is the best in Japan here.

This is a really great place to stay for easy access to Hanazono. The staff were helpful and provide a pick up service from the lifts. However this is really essential as the hotel is quite isolated. The rooms are pretty nice but I think they should improve the quality of the breakfast. Compared to other places I have stayed... More

We decided to go off-piste on our third trip, and leave our old favourite (Prince Hirafutei) after 3 nights for another hotel. I picked Freedom Inn after coming across its restaurant recommendations and seeing the good reviews here. I was concerned about its loneliness, stuck out almost on its own in Hanazono, but there are very good compensations. Firstly the... More

My second time at Freedom Inn. Again, I felt like I was staying in a friend's house rather than in a hotel. The staff are so friendly and will endeavour to help you in any way they can. They also create an environment where it is social and easy to meet other guests. I made new friends here and had... More

We stayed at Freedom in December 2012 and could not be more pleased with our choice. Matt and all the staff Laura, Alex, Yooja and Adachi where always helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Although Freedom Inn close to Hanazona ski area we were picked up and dropped off and in the evening at Hirafu for dinner. We... More

The Freedom Inn experience is beyond cozy given the hotel staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. From the moment you arrive, they are working hard to make sure the guests are comfortable and will bend over backwards to make sure you are ready for the ski slopes. Was especially impressive the hotel's owner drove me around... More
