Best hotel in hokkaido. Small hotel with lovely friendly staffs. Matthew and jay are friendly and helpful. Free shuttle bus provide to kitchen or hirafu from 5pm daily. 10 mins walk to 308 ski. Free coffee and tea provide for all guests. We love it! Thank to Matthew and Jay again!

This is definitely the place to stay whilst visiting niseko. It's everything the past reviews had mentioned and more. Max, Mayu and especially Matt, made me and my partner feel extremely welcome and comfortable, always ready to hand over some great advice and recommendations. We were ultra sad to leave, and will positively be back! Best place we've stayed at.
