Got the chance to visit Niseko along with a group which totaled 16. During the planning stage, there was no discussion on where to stay as if Hirafutei was the hotel available... This better be good, I thought to myself. Well, they have stayed there each of the last four years, experience does speak alot. Check in was a breeze,... More

Wow, well maintained older premises- typical of Prince Hotel group so prime location to Grand hirafu ski resort family run. Private onsen means no need to share with the main onsen on third floor. Food at buffet for breakfast and dinner were varied and exceeded expectations. Caters to both Nihongin and foreigners alike. Service at front desk exceptionally professional and... More

A typical Japanese ryokan style hotel although it looks very ordinary from the exterior, but don't be fooled, it is delightful hotel with charming staff and excellent facilities. We had a large Japanese style room with an onset bath on the balcony overlooking the family ski slope. We paid for the breakfast and dinner package and the food was excellent,... More

This is my first time here in Niseko. The skiing was great, onsen wonderful. But really, the hotel itself is old, the furniture dated. We had a western style room with three twin beds. So the room was large..very clean. But somehow it felt like we were staying in a motel. It's all about the snow here and the direct... More

We spent three nights here over Christmas period last month. This hotel is conveniently located near Hirafu Welcome Centre ( where buses drop you off), about less than 5 minute walk. The hotel is a typical traditional Japanese Ski resort. It has its own onsen, with breakfast and dinner included. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Service is prompt... More

We visited the onsen in Prince hotel. It is very cosy place with nice ambiance and very relaxing for the guests. The outdoor onsen is facing one of the run in Grand Hirafu village. When the night ski is open, you will be able to see the very nice night view from windows (indoor pool) or direct view (Outdoor pool).

I have stayed at Niseko prince hotel hirafutei for one night. My room has private natural Onsen(hot spring). This was the poing I booked this hotel. First impression was bit old but onse you get into onsen, so comfortable, so I spent so much time in Onsen. Regarding room was japanese style small room but just ok for 2 people.... More

We come back almost every Christmas because of the good food, service and convenient. We enjoy it very much... especially the buffet dinner and the onsen. I'll highly recommend this hotel to anyone who love good food and onsen.

We just came back from a 7-night stay at the hotel over the Easter school break. Overall, we are quite happy with our stay. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: 1. Ski in (and lots of stairs) and ski out plus designated locker for each room. There are very few hotel in Hirafu area where you can ski in... More

We just stayed a week at Prince Hirafutei, and we couldn't have had a better experience. The staff at this hotel is first class, they went out of their way to help us in every way they could. We especially are thankful for Mr. Tamura, what a gem of a man! The private onsen was just superb, the rooms were... More
