i think it's conveniently located close to the ski slopes. The rooms are decent but there are no facilities like onsen or rotenburo. it's perhaps nice if u have more then 2 kids cos there are 2 bedrooms and a huge space for the living room. bad points are dont book your bus trip from chitose to niseko through them... The Landmark View is about a hundred metre walk to the Gondola and close to good restaurants in the top half of the village. Some other places offer a more ski-in-ski-out experience but that's to the 'ace family lift' which is really short so you have to catch two (uncovered) chairs to get anywhere interesting on the mountain. The Gondola,... More

The Landmark view is in a great location. It is an easy walk to the gondola. The rooms are quite large & really comfortable, easily fitting 3 adults. The rooms are reasonably priced for Niseko. The great views are capped off by great coffee from the cafe downstairs (got to start the day with a strong latte!) The service from... More

My family 2 adults 2 teens and a 8 year old have just left The Landmark View Hotel. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The view from our room was amazing. The staff were great friendly. The hotel it's self was modern and trendy and it was fantastic having a great little cafe down stairs to get fresh Mochas and pastries... More

Stayed for a week with friends - staff very friendly, rooms well appointed, lots of clear instructions (in Japanese and English) for the myriad of gadgets through the apartments. Well situated close to the gondola, good ski / boot room. Not cheap but very good.

My family of four stayed at Landmark View Dec 28, 2013 - Jan 6, 2014, and it is clean, modern & totally functional. It's a 10-min walk uphill to the Hirafu gondola and 5-10 min walk to other hotels and services in town, which seems a v long way after a busy day of skiing, but the nice unit and... More

Our second family stay at this property - an excellent location for the Hirafu Gondola (day AND night skiing) A welcome addition this year was the in-house Deli (coffee and fresh croissants / baguettes / pastries for breakfast). Lobby, apartment and ski lockers continue to be well maintained and without fault. However, I prefer the L-shaped apartments in this block... More

The apartments are in a great location and the staff were particularly helpful. We had 7 nights in the apartments. If you stay there get a room away from the road (lower room numbers). We were close to the road and were woken at 4 am daily by the road graders. The apartments were clean and well appointed. A few... More

Stayed twice here. Second time had an apartment at the top- the most awesome views with lots of windows. Clean, well appointed, well stocked kitchen, really good quality place. So you get what you pay for. Excellent location to the lifts, About a 10 minute walk into the town- which can seem a long way when the conditions are blizzard... More
