At an average price of $280 per night per person, this is an expensive way to ski. Club Med Sahoro does not own the ski slope next to its resort, so one could enjoy excellent skiing just by buying a lift ticket and staying at a budget hotel in the area. The hotel rooms are somewhat shabby (the wi-fi connection... More

This is our third consecutive year of Club Med Sahoro with a family group of three generations of skiers aged 3 yrs to 79 yrs. All the recent reviews I agree with in regard to ski hire and limited off site options. We still think this resort offers a truly relaxing holiday due to inclusive food and drinks and lift... More

We returned for the third year in a row with our preteen kids. This is a fantastic place for families who want to ski, it doesn't really get more convenient than this: kids and adults well taken care of at the Kids club and lessons, ski-in ski-out facilities, a cozy but varied mountain, good food and ofuro/Canadian bath...

All inclusive concept so you don’t have to worry about organizing lessons, food, accommodation separately, so overall a pretty good option for families with young kids, large groups, and those who want to take lessons every day. Once you arrive you can totally relax for the next couple of days. Think of the cost premium as a convenience fee. What... More

My girlfriend and I stayed at Club Med Sahoro for a week in early January, 2012. In our opinion yu couldn't ask for a better holiday. Apart from ski hire everything was included in the price. The staff really make the place and I would give them a 10 out of 10 in every respect. The skiing was great with... More

We have been to Bintan, Cherating properties of Club Med. Saharo's food is below our expectation. This Club Med thrives on the fact that it has lovely snow and skiing. The Chinese food was a disgrace. The Chinese porridge was strange looking with vegetables thrown in.Tim sum was only siew mai only daily. Steamed vegetables was over steamed everyday. Roast... More

A very good Club med experience but thought things had slightly deteriorated since last year the food is good but not great and thought the food choice was less than previous years with the remodelling of the dining room (more seats, less room for food buffet?).The cereal selection was very limited & a lot of Chinese food, apparantly to strangely... This is our 2nd year and we are already planning to go next year and for longer. 8 days was not enough! All inclusive skiing holiday, no meals to cook, ski passes, 2 lessons a day, kids club, fabulous selection of food including alcohol, good entertainment, ofuro to relax in after a day's ski, massage is too expensive though. Bring... More

I am still stunned at the cost of this trip. It was our most expensive holiday to date! In typical club med style, everything was included, except ski rental, which for 2 adults and 1 5 year old was US$200 per day! If you want to buy ski goggles (our both broke in transit) that will set you back US$100... More
