This was more like a small Travel Lodge. Proper bedrooms (without the overhead bunk or prefab bathroom), larger than usual. Big window so lots of light. Situated in leafy area. Without satnav we might not have located it because we had a "scenic route" around the back streets of Rouen to find it. Lovely little old guy who was on... More

walking down the corridor to our room felt like walking through a prison, and when we got to our room we were not disappointed, it was just like a prison cell! We've stayed in Premiere Classes before, so know what to expect, but this is one of the worst ones! First we had to get rid of a few flea... More

Spent 4 nights and impressed with spacious room which was immaculate. Although quite basic, it was more than adequate and comfortable. There is a fairly good bus service into Rouen but unfortunately stops around 8pm. Nearby supermarkets and restaurants (Buffalo Grill, McDonalds and Fish restaurant) offer good service. The hotel has adequate parking and is excellent value for money if... More

Not far off the main route south through Rouen; simple, clean, comfortable, free wifi; just what we needed for a stop en route. Parking on site. Fast food near outlets near-by. Breakfast was comparable to low-cost chain hotels in the UK, but quite adequate.

Used several times over last 10 years. Standard dropping. Sink blocked, trap full of gunge. wooden panel under shower fell down when touched would not stay in place. Impression that maintenance and checks are not being carried out cost cutting perhaps.

The hotel was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. The bedroom was much larger than expected and very clean and comfortable. It was fine for an overnight stop but not easy to find local places to eat.

most Premiere Classe hotels are cheap and plastic! rouen is one of the exceptions; refurbished, no bunks, larger than usual rooms and well furbished bathrooms, generally what you would expect from a higher rated hotel. Ideal for the overnight stop, although a little far from the centre of Rouen. Nearby restaurants-or reduced offer at Campanile. A bargain

We have stayed here quite often when travelling further south in France, or returning from such travels. Once found this hotel is actually very conveniently situated except for the fact that there are no restaurants within walking distance. Quiet, easy parking, good value (if fairly basic) breakfast. Very different from most Premiere Classe hotels as most are more utilitarian..

Conveniently situated in a fairly quiet area. Carrefour and Lidl close by. Friendly efficient service. Plenty of free onsite parking, NB not secure however. Comfortable double room with a large ensuite shower room. Decor could do with refreshing. Roomy breakfast area, breakfast provided good for €4.90 paid and very adequate. Ground floor room provided as requested. Just felt potential security... More

We stayed at the Premiere Classe for one night in May. The room was reasonably large and a king size bed. However the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom was a reasonable size and had good tempreture and pressure in the shower although the shower head squirted water in all directions! Staff were friendly and polite and there... More
