The welcome and generous hospitality which Bob and Audrey show to all of their guests makes you feel as if you are visiting old friends. They ensure every visit is special and we are looking forward to returning soon and we have only just left this morning. Delicious breakfast and made with the finest of local produce. Hospitality, second to... More

This was our second stay at Cloisters while visiting family at Talmine and once again we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The Morrisons are excellent hosts, our room was cosy and comfortable, plenty hot water in the clean, spacious bathroom and the breakfasts, beautifully presented, were delicious.

We stayed two nights at the Cloisters and I hope we can go back. I painted a watercolor from in front of the B & B and the sea was fascinating to watch. The hosts are a lovely couple with helpful suggestions about the area.

A wonderful old cloister building on top of the cliffs. Magnificent view, cosy rooms, delightful breakfast, and very hospitable hosts. A perfect place for walks in a pristine Scottish highland environment or a day at a beautiful sandy beach. Luved it.

My wife and I had our second stay at Cloisters and stayed for 2 nights. We both agreed that we would have loved to stay longer. Bob and Audrey were extremely welcoming and their lovely home overlooks The Kyle of Tongue and the sea. We had lovely breakfasts by the window overlooking the Rabbit Islands and during our "free" day... More

Stayed 2 nights June 21/22 this year, would have been nice to stay longer. Great hosts, found towns we had been in in the past. Wonderful scenery and long, long daylight. Easy walk to the local hotel/pub for dinner.
