Let me tell you the reasons. 1st Shift the geaser was not working. 2nd Shifting Double room should be converted to Single room since some random room is availabe for me on the second... More

Rooms are way inferior and low class as compared to suites, Reception looks quite posh, don't be mislead, rooms look way different from what you might have perceived from reception's looks. Most annoying was hurried up breakfast, waiters would take your plates without even asking whether you have finished or not, which was biggest turnoff. Rooms didn't have hot water,... More

I m a regular guest of this hotel for last five years. this is the first time I booked through cleartrip. the service they provide this time starting from room to all other facility to me as a cleartrip customer is pathetic. I had to call up at least 10 times to hotel and cleartrip customer care to confirm my... More

It's a pretty good hotel. The hotel had new and old buildings and all the online bookings and discounted rooms are allocated in the old buildings. The business class rooms are in the new building and they are only as per the price. The room service is kind of lazy team they respond very late.

This hotel had air conditioning but it was so noisy that it would have kept me awake. Opening the window let in bugs. It has a bathroom window to the room which leaves the room lighted at night. Fortunately there was a night light and we had flashlights. Breakfast was reportedly to be availalbe at 7 but the buffet, which... More

Stayed in the new wing which, based on other reviews, is better than the original hotel. The room was well equipped, good WiFi, but it had to stretch for the "4" rating because of noisy, ineffective HVAC. Controller in room appears to have no influence on what the system does. The rattle was such that we asked to have it... More

Dibrugarh does not have star category hotel, but this hotel is one of the best hotel at the place. It is conveniently located and good quality free Wi Fi services are provided. Complimentary breakfast is so so. The hotel has two blocks - new one is better and priced higher. The route to the old block is tortuous and requires... More

I stayed in this hotel from 24th September, 2014 to 26th September, 2014 in an official tour to Dibrugarh. The location of this hotel is good as it is in the main market. But as they say it is a 4 star property, the cost of the food in their restaurant is of 4 star but the quality is of... More
