My wife and I stayed at the hotel on Good Friday and played the on-site golf course there both Friday and Saturday. I can't give high enough praise to the hotel and golf staff or the condition and layout of the course. We'll certainly be going back.

My husband and myself stopped here on a spa offer, (sunday night deal) what a great choice! The pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna was nice, we had a chilled time and enjoyed it! Just enjoyed a weekend here - we are two couples - the men like golf and the ladies the Spa so we were all well catered for. Golf course is in good condition - very forgiving with wide fairways and large greens to hit. Got round in about 4 hours which was good for a busy Saturday.

Visited on Easter Sunday for lunch. Booked for 2pm eventually got table at 2.30. Ordered starters which arrived at almost 3pm. Leek and potato soup was very good, piping hot. Atlantic prawns on watercress with citrus mayonnaise dressing was below average, portion size very small dressing almost none existent.
