My husband and i found this hotel when looking for a place to stay that was near to family, where we could meet up for my birthday and accommodate our dog.It ticked all the boxes. Staff combined just the right balance of friendliness and professionalism-attentive to customer needs including those of the dog. Cassie (our exuberant Staffie), was allowed in... More

Upon arriving in Lutterworth we were pleasantly surprised to come across the cobbled yard and pretty little garden of The Greyhound Inn. The interior is just as great with trinkets and antiques galore and lovely rooms with quaint furniture. The staff were incredibly vivacious and helpful and although the food wasn't amazing, portions were generous and staff did not rush... More

We wanted to have a first class night out with high quality food, service and atmosphere. We were not disappointed. The olde world charm was evident from the moment we entered via the car park. A wonderful courtyard, with lots of interesting artefacts was most impressive, and in the summer months must be a wonderful setting. Inside it was exactly... More

Following the success of my hen party, my 'husband' and I made the decision to stay at The Greyhound on the night of our wedding. We were shown around and allowed to choose which one of the 4poster bedrooms we would like as in this historic building all of the rooms are different. We opted for room 3, with it's... More

What a beautifull oldie worldie Coaching Inn to be found in middle England. Should you be going North or South on the M1, it is most certainly worth a detour. Only a few minutes of a diversion, but well worth every minute, whether it is just for a coffee, a snack lunch, evening meal, or indeed a nights stay, though... More

My wife and I held our Golden Wedding celebration on 16 March, 2013, at the Greyhound Inn. We chose the Greyhound for it's location, the inn itself, the Christina Room with its large screen TV (to which I wanted to connect my laptop for showing slideshow videos), the standard of overnight accommodation and affordability of it all. (Although the large... More

The staff were prepared to go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. That you don't get very often The food which was provided was excellent piping hot and fresh. I really could not fault it. The breakfast in the morning was extremely good and also piping hot. My only let downs were that i had a streetlight right... More

Booked an overnight stay after reading good reviews of the greyhound and what a disappointment. Our room with twin beds was small and compact but very 1980's and needed a serious make over. The shower was good, but the extractor didn't work. there was no space between the bed and wardrobe ( obviously a double split to make a twin).... More
