For a start off they have Doom Bar Bitter on tap! We came off the M1 Sunday Lunchtime for a bit off lunch and parked (for free) in Lutterworth. Looking round, we spotted the Greyhound and as The Rotary Club plaque was on the doorway, what could be a better recommendation? They were busy at 1.45, but after a short... More

We had a great stay at this old, fascinating inn teeming with character. We stayed in room 2 which boasts a huge bed, double aspect windows and every amenity you could wish for. Just mind your head when entering and leaving the room! Breakfast was amazing; rapid service, freshly cooked and the best poached eggs I've ever had!

I have stayed at the Greyhound several times before and it was delightful, alas it was nice the last time but I felt it had gone downhill somewhat. I did not get that feeling that it was value for money that I previously did, the room was small, the vent in the bathroom was filthy, showered was dirty, and there... More

Stayed in this hotel for two nights for a business trip. Although the room was a little old, it was sufficient for my needs: I just needed a bed. Upon arrival the staff was not very welcoming I must say, they just handed me my key and that's it. Same at checkout of breakfast: they did not seem that interested.... More

Rounded off a weekend away by leaving M1 on way home and calling at Greyhound Inn for Sunday Lunch . The food and choice on the Sunday Lunch menu was excellent. The staff were polite and attentive and the Chef Will Smith came out and spoke to many of the patrons including ourselves personally, he made our 92 year old... More

We visited on 9th June 2015 and met some friends for dinner in the restaurant. The setting was beautiful, and when looking at the menu I could've chosen everything! The service was faultless and the food was very very good. I had the parfait, belly pork and sticky toffee pudding - all of which were very tasty with loads of... More

This is a gem ! The courtyard is beautiful. The rooms a mixed shape and style, but that is what you want with a 300 year old hotel ! Its great. The food is excellent and evening meals very good. The staff are very helpfully and nice. Also Lutterworth has a great choice of other eating holes fro a small... More

Our second hotel in as many nights due to a family funeral. Chosen primarily for location as we needed to be in Lutterworth town centre. Two double rooms (we were "outside" in a courtyard room while my brother & sister in law had the four poster room in the main building). NO free parking but public paid car park right... More

We stayed at the Greyhound Coaching Inn to break up our journey from Edinburgh to Portsmouth. We travelled with our two large Spinone dogs. The welcome we received was outstanding. The owners and staff could not have been more helpful. Our room was in keeping with the style of the inn, quaint and period. It was ideal. We were given... More

We stayed at the Greyhound around a month ago and it was brilliant. We thought we had found a regular spot we could enjoy over and over. We stayed again booking an additional room for friends on our way back from a rugby game. We arrived about 6.30pm and checked in asking to reserve a table for an evening meal... More
