Best place to stay if you are going through Biella [a lovely town with a few days worth of sightseeing activities in the city/area]. This place is relaxing and beautiful with just the right amount of customer service; that is, it is perfect when you need it! Great family set-up, even for young kids. Lovely, magical, highly recommended.

Without a doubt the best place to stay in this region of Italy. This is a 14th century castle which has been refurbished to all it's glory. Was so impressed by it's charm and beauty. I will definitely recommend it to anybody who is travelling to this part of Italy. The service was amazing, very well taken care of. Fantastic...
