Pros: Peaceful surroundings, historical garden and modern pool area are well-maintained. Spectacular views open from apartments to the Adriatic Sea, to the valley of river Tronto, and to the Apennines. The staff is most cordial. Tasty experiences are served at the Borgo Restaurant. Good public transport connections are available close by (train and busses). Cons: There was no proper air... More

We had a thoroughly relaxing time at the Borgo. Upgraded to the villa on arrival, which was a mistake on reflection as we wanted self-catering and the villa is not self catering. We were looked after by the staff especially Rita in the restaurant, Dev and Andrea who did there best to make sure were happy. Spoke to both Princess... More

The staff were lovely, and the place was amazing, we had a wonderful relaxing holiday, the only down point was that we hadn't hired a car, which would have been useful given the remote location, but we did get fit walking up the hill to it and one of the staff even gave us a lift one day

My husband booked us a stay here for my birthday and it was wonderful. We had a junior suite in what I believe used to be the stables, and it was great. We had a living area and kitchen downstairs, with a large bedroom and bathroom upstairs. All the rooms had really high, vaulted ceilings that made everything feel light... More

After looking at villas across Italy, we settled on the Borgo Seghetti Panichi in Le Marche. We hoped to find a corner of Italy that hadn't been overrun by tour buses and crowds. What we found exceeded all of our expectations. We rented the entire property for our group of 22. Family and friends were scattered through the more traditional... More

Borgo Storico Seghetti Panichi is a beautiful historic home filled with charm. There are lovely little surprises to discover around the place, e.g.using the blue china that resembles the wall paper print in the suite to enjoy a cup of afternoon tea or a refreshing clean scent that welcomes you into a room. The breakfast is served with a great... More

We feel very privileged to stay for 7 days in this splendid house. The princess has basically opened her beautiful home and amazing gardens to guests so the experience of staying here is a very intimate one. We especially loved to sit under the loggia on comfortable settees, the smell of overhanging grapes on the air, glass of wine, under the... More

We stayed in the "apartments" and thought it was a very good price/quality report. The place is divided over 2 floors and is huge. Extremely clean. Nicely decorated in the typical style. The restaurant serves good food, very friendly and for a correct price. Breakfast is served outside with a view on their private chapel. The groundfloor of the mainhouse... More

This property will appeal to those who wish to experience an historic noble house but for those that are looking for the 5* experience and the jet set life, this is not the place. Our suite was charming in a slightly cluttered old fashioned way,and the staff are so wanting to please.Cappucinos and extra bottles of water were delivered cheerfully and without...
