Stayed there on a tour recently and more than satisfied with the place. Room clean and tidy, and restaurant food was very good. Overall a pleasent experience in quiet a remote location but as part of a tour group this was to be expect.

This is a large hotel which had 2 coach parties + other guests staying. A nice welcome and adequate accommodation, room was a reasonable size and they all have small terraces and a fridge. Dinner was a buffet 3 course meal, they coped well with the volume of guests and service for drinks was quick. There is a pool and... More

It is a hotel most tour groups stayed for 1 night on the way to the Desert. So don't expect too much that cater to Westerners. Overall, it is a decent and fair hotel for Moroccan standard. The room size is adequate and clean but dark and the bed and the pillows are not comfortable. The bath room is small... More

We (12 of us) stayed at Xaluca Dades Hotel for 1 night while visiting the Dades Valley recently (October 4, 2014). It's a bit rustic and run down. I suppose for the area, it's alright but I was glad I was only there for 1 night. The lobby was simple & nice. Check in & check out were a breeze.... More

Arrived in the dark and first impressions not good. Driveway and entrance road in very bad state or repair. Hotel in local style with bad bathroom fittings and inoperative aircon and showers. Dinner buffet good but breakfast limited and disappointing. A travellers hotel with coaches and large parties arriving/leaving all the time. Views spectacular from parts of the hotel. Overall... If you are looking for a hotel that caters to westerners and serves huge amounts of mediocre food, you'd be better off not visiting Morocco, but if you do, this is your kind of place. Other than the staff, don't expect to find any Moroccans here, there would be no place for them to park among all the tour buses.... More

Judging from the number of tour buses we saw in the parking lot of this hotel, I think this appeals to groups who want cleanliness and modern amenities. Xaluca has those qualities as well as beautiful views from the pool area, but otherwise this is a disappointing hotel. The rooms and public spaces are designed in an unappealing "tiki" style.... An intriguingly designed hotel - cross between Tex-Mex with African artifacts. The layout is confusing and takes some concentration to find your way around. The buffet breakfast and dinner was limited in choice. The downstairs corridor smelt like a cat had just marked its territory - but it didn't linger into the bedroom

This hotel was very interesting. The decor is definitely unique, it is filled with different statues and wall hangings. The room is spacious and the bathroom is clean, but do not expect luxury because you are in the middle of nowhere. So considering the location, this is a pretty decent stay and we felt quite safe staying here. The hotel... More

The rooms are extremely clean and well equiped. Comfy matresses. The pool and the terrace-solarium are the perfect plan to refresh after a hot day-trip. The food is delicious and it has a lot of variety.
