I had amazing dives with Black Marlin, including a great night dive solo with the dive master and the "visit" of the B24 flying fortress. They are super cool and laid back, but professional as soon as they get their head underwater. There is not much choice anyway on the island, but they are a good pick. Their big boys... More

Well, after spending 7 days and 5 nights there... Summing up, the truth is that it is disappointing place in terms of accommodation. I'll start with the bad things: - The general impression is that the money that is produced by the diving center/resort, is not reinvested in maintaining, renewing the place. Everything looks old, and furthermore they are building... More

We are so sorry that the standard of the room you were staying in was below par. We are doing a renovation program for all rooms in rotation and adding a few more things like free drinking water in the deluxe rooms to improve the experience of staying with us. Your comment about the billiard table is fair, unfortunately was... More

We chose this place because it's marked #1 in Togeans and there are plenty of nice reviews. Well, spending 2 nights there i can say that it's not true. We ran out of there totally disappointed as soon as we could. What made us run. First of all it's the absense of water. We thought it wouldn't be a problem... More

Many thanks for this detailed review and we sincerely apologise for the bad experience you seem to have had with us in december. In regard to the fresh water unfortunately there is none on Kadidiri as compared with Bomba, Malenge etc therefore we have to bring in all our fresh water from Wakai daily by boat. We store all our... More

After a 30hour travel from central sulawesi to Kadidiri we spent two nights in the Resort. As all standard rooms were occupied we had a deluxe room, which was very luxourious and comfortable. In my opinion the resort is nice decorated and clean and you can find various cozy chill out zones on the beach. We wanted to relax and... More

This place is truly a truly hiddem gem! We took a 12 hours overnight ferry from Gorontalo to Wakai being transferred onto a speedboat to this lovely paradise. The water around the house reef was so clear that it looks like an aquarium. A must do is the night dive around the house reef and Una Una Island. We only... More

We stayed only 2 nights but wished to have stayed more. Paradise location, small beach with palm trees. House reef in front of the hotel. Good management, nice staff and efficient organisation Restaurant and common places are nicely decorated. There is a sun deck and seating area to have apero at sunset. Superior rooms are quite big and all are... More

We first stayed a couple of nights at Paradise resort after which it was a relief to visit Black Marlin. The Staff is very Friendly and the dive instructors are really good. The bungalows are a bit cheaper than at Paradise and due to the stone houses, less bugs and animals will visit :) The food is good, although a... More

I enjoyed my stay here, one of the best weeks of my life. I took my advanced certification here as well. Great and friendly diving and non diving staff (local or non local). Felt like home. The food could be better and more varied but who cares when you have clean and affordable rooms, plenty of sun, great walls underwater,... More

I am glad you enjoyed the diving so much as is very special with so much to see and combining that with an advanced course is such a good idea to help improve your diving technique at the same time. As you know the dogs; Masker, Rocky, Suunto and Fin are always thrilled to have new guests as potential dog... More

The food is not very good as it is always the same: rice, fish and sometimes chicken and a bit more rice. No fruit. We spent there five days and and the last two days we were too many people and there wasn't food enough for everybody. The local staff was very, very nice, and the location is beautiful. Sometimes... Many thanks for you review of your time with us. As August and our busiest time there are occasional surges in guest numbers which does put a strain on the kitchen and the supply of local produce from the markets. We are trying to remedy this with bring in fresh fruit and veg from Gorontalo etc. Unfortunately with limited electricity... More

You're right it is a challenge to get to the Togians but always a treat when you're there. With the new airport opening in Ampana end of the year this should make the journey less arduous.
