Our friends got married at Cornish Tipi Holidays and from the moment we got the invitation we were excited about what we would find when we arrived – and we weren’t disappointed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating on our arrival and directed us to where we would be camping (we bought our own tents and camped in the... More

Spent 3 nights camping here in August with family. Firstly the good points: -There is a small lake at the lower tier of the old quarry. This is lovely for a little dip in the 'fresh' water or a paddle in one of the boats tied to the jetty! -The Yurt cafe is lovely and quirky at the same time.... More

Myself and my boyfriend had a 5 night stay here in a medium tipi. The tipi was a perfect fit for our double air bed and belongings. The items provided with the tipi were ideal, from plates and a kettle to a very use corkscrew for wine. The rugs and decorative lanterns in the tipi gave it a warm and... More

We came here for our anniversary to renew our vows and was amazing. The staff were brilliant as was the venue. Will defiantly come back in the future. Me and my son wild camped the night before while my wife and daughter spent the night in an hotel and found even that perfect.

We stayed here for 3 nights - because we were in a small campervan with tent we were given a pitch in the upper meadow, which is a field beside the road. There was a wedding in the meadow on the Saturday night, which we had been told about at time of booking and it actually made our stay more... More

We're always delighted to hear that campers think we've got a beautiful location, stunning lake & have a great time with their families staying here & swimming, boating & fishing - not to mention the little unexpected extras like being asked to join in with a wedding's party's evening campfire! We don't think there's many campsites that can top that.... More

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 4 days and took our own tent on one of the private pitches. Made full use of the lake where boats are provided at no extra cost and you can swim or fish. Also they allow you to keep any rainbow trout that you catch in the well stocked lake. We had trout... More

10 of us in two Tipi's camping, my living nightmare, after all that's why 5 star hotels were developed. BUT... It was great, I thoroughly enjoyed myself, no phones, no 21st century. It was great, we were planning to go out for the days but just ended up staying on site. The Tipi's are what you expect but maybe a... More

Wow , this place is stunning , the hidden lake has clear water where you can fish for trout or go for a row ! The tipi itself is large and we'll equipped , you have your own fire pit for evening bbq's . The location couldn't be better only 15 minute drive to padstow and other little cornish villages.... Myself and my partner visited Cornish tipi holidays at the end of July 2014. I had been to many ‘commercial’ camp sites across the UK and wanted something a little more challenging. We came across Cornish tipi holidays website and thought it would be perfect for a bit more of a rustic camping trip. We had taken our own tent... More

I just wanted to write a review on our fantastic camping holiday we had at Cornish Tipi camping. A girlfriend and I took our 6 children (all under 7) and stayed in the largest tipi together in a beautiful secluded area of the site, not another tipi or person in sight. We made some wonderful memories for our children there... More
