When I first called to ask information, the reception told me it was close to the city 15 min by bike and 20 min by bus but actually it's really far from the city centre (about 20 km) 45 min by bike (if you are fast and you know well your itinerary) and at least an hour by bus and... More

We stayed as a group of 5 during our tour to Amsterdam. The Chalet Ocala we booked was the perfect villa. We couldn't really find anything wrong except the wifi signal which was terribly poor. The place is really cool but the location is a bit far from city center. Rooms were clean and the kitchen had almost everything needed... More

First the accommodation: I stayed in a cabin for two. It includes two beds, a table, two chairs and two blankets. You can rent the bedding for 5€ plus 5€ deposit. All this for 35€/night. The cabin was very clean and it has one lamp and a electric plug with a maximum output of 2 ampers. You can use the... More

Really great to be staying here: 1. Nice environment, very calm 2. Cheap 3. Very friendly owner 4. Nice shop with minimum of products, but opened at Sunday morning Small word of advice, if you're planning on visiting the city center, the easiest way is to bring a bicycle and to ride yourself (8km), public transport gets rather expensive (only... I don't recommend you to stay here.. Showers are for 2euros for 4.45(not 6mins) no toilet paper in toilets no soap for washing hands bad behaviour of staff.. Only good things are from nature.. Very distant from centrum so 14euros per day for 2ppl for busses while losing more than 2hours on the road at nights.. Go somewhere central, you... More

Scenic area in the suburbs of Amsterdam in Amstelveen. Very reasonable camping prices €10 per night per person or €15 per night for two. Good facilities, including a kitchen, various shower and toilet facilities across the campsite as well as a small shop for a few camping essentials at reception. We also stayed in a 'camping cabin', which again was... More

We rented a chalot for 6 persons own shower, toilet and small kitchen, glad we are with 4 otherwise it would be crowded. . Nice that you... More

I was a little disappointed to be staying so far out of the centre of Amsterdam, but the area around the camp is beautiful. The forest behind the camp is amazing, very good for walking or cycling (bikes are available to hire from the campsite) We stayed in 5 person apartment, sadly the mattresses and pillows were very uncomfortable. If... More

We stayed in a woodland cabin over a weekend. It featured 2 bunk beds and an additional single bed. It came with a basic kitchen - hob, sink and fridge. Great seating area inside and an additional table on the porch. Wifi throughout the site, but it's patchy and stronger nearer to reception. Cabin also had a parking space. TV... More
