My eldest daughter had her wedding there . We stayed two days and nights and was very enjoyable. The weather was perfect actually quite hot for September and the staff there were very helpful. Just staying at the cottage would be very restful as it was so quiet and peaceful . It was about 10 steps away from the beach... More

Incredibly beautiful location; clean, bright cottages steps from the ocean; gorgeous sunrises; peace and quiet; kind and personable management/hosts, and perfect location for touring the south shore. And dog friendly as well. I could have easily lingered forever.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful these cottages are - the location (listening to the sea at night as it ebbed and flowed), amenities, staff and surroundings are all incredible. The bathroom on the second floor was absolutely amazing. We had a full moon one of the nights and I could not imagine a better place to have seen... More

We also spent one week for four or five summers quite a few years back. The first summers we spent there, not too many years after they opened,... More

This is our third stay at the Salty Rose and will not be our last. Cottages are all beautiful and very well equipped. Bed is so comfy, you won't want to get out of bed. Located right on the beach, you can smell the ocean air and enjoy a lovely stroll. Fire in the evening is a perfect touch and... More

What a perfect place! I stayed here for two nights for a girls weekend getaway. You could comfortably stay here for a very long time - everything you need is provided. We fell asleep to the sound of the waves at night, relaxed on the beach, and watched the moon rise over the bay. Absolutley idyllic! We had two cottages... More

We have stayed at the Salty Rose Beach Houses a few times and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The cottages have everything you can ever need to cook your meals and comfort. If ever we need assistance Monica is there to help. It's always a treat to stay for a few days. Paula Sims

Salty Rose Cottages has been a favorite spot of ours for many years. It is a great spot to relax and regenerate when we need a break from our hectic lives. The cottages are clean and well decorated. You can see the beach from each cottage and I think we have stayed in all them. We miss Shadow, he always... More
