M. Tizon is an excellent host and Les Blotteries is a wonderful place. There are horses, cats and dogs for the youngsters to enjoy, and friendly conversation, lovely rooms, excellent breakfasts and home made jam as well. A great start to our Brittany holiday. more

I highly recommend Les Blotteries. We stayed here for one night while visiting Mont-St-Michel in June 2009. The proximity allowed us to see Mont-St-Michel at 10 PM, when it was quiet. An old 1700 mansion in the country. It was clean, and spacious. Friendly Jean-Malo was a treat. The room was huge and charming. A definite recommendation for anyone going to Mont St. Michelle. We arrived at Les Blotteries around 7pm,very tired and wet after a day getting soaked at the Normandy beaches to be welcomed by a very jolly Jean-Malo and Madame La Pompe (their gorgeous dog)who permanently kept the doormat warm.
