Le Clos des Fontaines is a modern yet architecturally in-keeping hotel/resort in Jumieges. Set back from the main road it can be a challenge to locate as you need to negotiate through the narrow back streets of Jumieges. The hotel offer a high standard of rooms which are clean and very well appointed. Although the resort boasts a Spa the... More

This was to be our base during our 4day visit to Ruane and Normandy.. It's a long way to the coast, but that was our fault. This is really an upmarket B&B with a fabulous spa. The rooms weren.t great, light bulbe missing, a tub that didn't work properly, a fruit tree almost blocking the entrance to our room. The mini... More

Excellent hotel near the Abbaye de Jumieges ruins. The staff was friendly, the rooms were large and the internet worked pretty good. Very good value for the price. The only negative was the breakfast. They wanted 15 E, but it was overpriced even at 9E. Save your breakfast money for a local restaurant right across from the Abbayee ruins.

This attractive and comfortable resort in the charming Normandy village of Jumiege provided our group of sixteen Canadians with a relaxing week. Our gracious and helpful hosts met us on our arrival, quickly showed us to our rooms and delivered our luggage. The welcoming cocktail hour with champagne punch and finger foods, our daily breakfasts and a reception after a... More

Spent three nights here in February, as a long weekend away with my husband. The hotel is lovely and in a beautiful location. However, we both felt it was overpriced (we were in a "comfort" room, considering the small details which one would expect in a hotel/spa asking this tariff. 1. The room we were in only had a shower... More

We stayed here for one night whilst driving down from Calais to the South of France (my husband, 2 young daughters and I). It's a beautifully kept property, with a boutique feel - very relaxing. The pool was in a lovely setting. The room was spacious and well-decorated - everywhere was very clean and well maintained, and breakfast was a... More

Gorgeous grounds! Very nice room, modern bathroom, spotless clean. Very helpful staff; great breakfast (charge is 15 euro), free parking. Cherry trees are just spectacular! We loved everything in Le Clos Des Fontaines and especially the location: minutes away from the beautiful Jumieges Abbey ruins - the most beatiful ruins in France - what a view. Loved just everything there... More

Stayed here for 2 nights as a stopover on a longer journey of Normandy. Really impressed with every aspect of the hotel. Excellent and plentiful breakfast with very fresh food. Swimming pool was a real bonus with the added benefit of being heated. Rooms were of a good size and standard, easily accommodating my family. The hotel was very child... More

Spent two glorious warm sunny days here in August. Beautiful peaceful setting in wonderful Normandy countryside. Spread over a pretty courtyard the rooms are in converted old barns, well styled, furnished and equipped. Large comfortable bed, great views and the bathroom under the eaves had a Jacuzzi bath! Small heated swimming pool next to the spa a good place to... More

Stopped here on the way back to Calais from South of France as wanted to have a short drive the next day and didn't want to stay in a big city like Rouens or Paris. Really lovely hotel with excellent facilities in the gorgeous chocolate box little town of Jumieges. Arrived quite late and were immediately asked if we would... More
