If you're going to Alacati with children and you want to windsurf every day, the best option would be Alacati Beach Resort. The facility, rooms and service is very good, and you'd be at walking distance to the surf area. Small kids may find the sea a bit cold but the pool is a good option especially if the rest... More

Hotel well situated for windsurfing and Kitesurfing, private beach and pool good, staff very friendly limited English at times but that’s just part of travelling. Rooms and hotel layout very nicely designed definitely not a monolithic concrete monstrosity, in room TV only in Turkish unfortunately, WiFi just about usable so getting news was possible this way. We were there mid-September... More

I visited this place a year ago with my family and I can easily say that I have never - ever seen a personal more rude this this establishment. They were nearly jumped on us because of a towel discussion with the beach personal. Just stay away and trust me!

...if someone doesn't put a stop to the terrible night clubs and music into the early morning. This was once a family, beach resort town with great windsurfing and an abundance of good, local hotels with a variety of price points, but now if is completely blighted by loud techno music. These selfish clubs will kill the local hotel trade... More

I have stayed at the Alacati Beach Resort with my 14 year old and 8 year old for 3 days. The Beach and the sea are really nice .I think if we stayed more than 3 days children would have been bored as not much to do for children, there is a surf school .The breakfast was included and it was... More

The place is nice and the position is a very good one. Very very windy of course. So a paradise for kite and wind surfers, but a good place if you simply stay, and it's 40*. The architecture of the resort is pleasant. Rooms with beautiful view; bathrooms very minimal. Good service and facilities at the beach and pool. Everything... More

One of the best places for having a paradise like ambance (during the day). After midnight different music and rhythm form 3 different discos make life not easy. And the noise continues until 07.00-08.00 a.m. If you can go earlier then midnight to bed and sleep deep enough (maybe sleeping pills) you won't have any problem. Or you also go... More

The Alacati Beach Resort was a lucky find for a two week stay in April. This very pretty small town west of Izmir has quite a few good looking boutique hotels, but this hotel has things to offer that others can't. It is beautifully located along a private sandy beach which only a few are, its design is a tasteful... More

My husband and I spent a long weekend here in mid September. It was a great time to visit as the crowds were gone and the sea was lovely. The food was good and the atmosphere at the hotel was welcoming and relaxed. While not important to many people, we love tennis. The court was adequate but needs a bit... More
