It's OK, but only if you're looking for a night-stop on a business trip. Pleasant enough, but this hotel is a bit (otherwise) depressing... really depressing... the advertisement alerts us to the River Ribble, but (alas) the Lounge evokes a curious stench of sewrage... still, the food from the restaurant was decent. Noise from the motorway and a dripping sound from outside my room added to a sleepless night. Tea making facilities were hidden away in a draw in the room and breakfast as an added extra proce of £17.50 is OTT. General appearance of the decor is shabby in places but the rooms are furnished well and the bathrooms quite good. more
