First time visiting the hotel and I was pleasant surprised. Good size room, not big but new bathroom, very clean and good standard. Really friendly and helpful staff. Can really recommend eating in the fantastic italian restaurant. They have a lovely terrasse, which looks really new, which was a pleasant place in the sun. more

Overall very bad Hotel avoid at all costs. Rooms dirty and smelly, bathrooms smallest on record, lots of road noise, in downmarket area. I have satyed at numerous Hotels in Denmark before and this is by far the worst. If you want close to airport pay the extra money and stay at the Hilton or a little further but way... more

At the end of 70 days in Europe, we needed an overnight stay near Kastrup to catch the flight home to Australia next morning. We booked the Bel Air, as it was cheap(ish) and close to the airport. First impressions were not encouraging. There is no elevator, so I had to carry our heavy bags upstairs. There is no air-conditioning,... more

Im sitting in the hotel bar which is closed as I write this. (21.45) I've stayed in many airport hotels, however this is the worst to date. No bar, no evening meal (10 min walk to local bar). Room is very basic, no triple glazing so a lot of air traffic noise and road noise. Bathroom is a joke. Hotel... more

I spent a night at the Bel Air with two business colleagues this week. All three of us had significant problems. We booked the hotel because the price was right, but the results were not worth it. The hotel is a short taxi ride from the airport and so it is a logical choice if you have an early morning... more

I stayed here with girlfriend in April. It was basic but clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was only a few minutes walk to the bus stop and around 15 to the train station. Unfortunately we did have noisy neighbours the second and third night but they did quieten down after 11pm or so. I would... more

When we arrived at the hotel it appeared to be very isolated although it was on a main road there was no shops or resturaunts near by. The bar was closed we were told because of the weather( it had been snowing rather heavy) , what the weather had got to do with the bar being closed we did not... more

Made the reservation on may, paid first of july, they were overbooked for me in my arrival on the 16th of september, however, they gave 5 rooms in front of me while waiting for a taxi. They pretend I came back to the hotel two days later. Don´t trust in it,even if you have paid already. more

The room we got was small and looked and smelled old, stained carpets and walls. The bathroom ceiling had green spots. It had no aircondition, and no windows to get som air into the room. The breakfast was also a big disapointment. more
