What a crap place to stay! Building work around pool, dirty, room full of flies, no hot water until we asked and they turned it on. Booked a massage and waited at the so called spa and no one showed up and on one to ask! Breakfast was a joke that we decided not to bother and walked out! Pictures... More

We stayed 2 nights there. The swimmings pools are fine, but the rest... The hotel is old and there is no conservation in the bedrooms. Here the nightmare's highlights: 1) bedroom: really, really dirty (bad smell, dust, the kind you can scratch your fingers and get them dirty), really old towels (with spots, bad quality, the ones you don't use... A small hotel with I think about 12 rooms (and some new ones under construction). Excellent location for visiting the various vineyards in the vicinity (casas del bosque, Kingston, matetic, Indomita, William Cole, Viña mar). Great big outside and inside pools! Excellent to relax and swim after a day in the vineyards. The rooms are very big with extra beds... More

We have been here for one night and really enjoyed our stay. Some of the best wine yards are near by and can easily be reached. The hotel itself was really nice and clean. Huge rooms. The spa area was awesome. We liked the both pools and the hot tube as well as sauna and the massage (book 24hours in... More

I had booked this place expecting a romantic getaway and was completely disappointed. The place looks nice enough and should have been great, but the facilities and staff were severely lacking, as if this place is poorly managed. We arrived and received such a rude welcome from Janet, who in addition to being indifferent to us also tried to place... More

My mother and I had booked in to stay here as a birthday treat on our way from Valparaiso back to Santiago. We arrived to pretty much an empty hotel. We were the only guests it seemed. There is no spa, and when we were there, no restaurant. The room was large and spacious but was falling apart. The large... More

We were there while they are expanding the hotel. But the services such as massage and dining room were great. The owner's wife makes a great mojoito. Each room is decorated differently with a rustic appeal. The bed were super comfy and we really enjoyed our stay.

I've often had good luck with hotels doing construction; snagged a room at the Beverly Hills Sofitel dirt cheap due to a lobby renovation. I thought this might be a similar situation and at first it seemed like it. The complex has grand plans and the several buildings that are complete awe with a neo-Napa Valley wine country splendor: big... More

We arrived in Santiago, and chose to drive to Valparaiso. But stopped off at the hotel Casablanca. Rustic, with a warm welcome. Excellent starting point for a wine tour of the Casablanca valley. enjoyed our short stay very much. We'd stay again.

We stayed here for one night, in the "Late Harvest" room. It was a large room, but really needs some updating and TLC. Broken and missing tiles in bathroom, oddly matched furniture, and worst of all - no hot water in the shower!! They are in the process of making an entirely new building, so if it matches up with...
