My parents were visiting from the US and I had a short vacation time, so we decided to stay at this hotel because the location was convenient for where we wanted to travel (Valparaiso/Santiago). I suppose that winter would be the off-season for the area, so there was some construction going on and we were told upon arrival that the... More

We rented a car with a GPS, in Santiago, and stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days. The owners, are gems, very helpful and accommodating. This hotel is in the valley floor and no more that 1/2 hour drive to even the most distant winery in the valley. We enjoyed the pool, and hot tub as well... More

We arrived Dec 19th after booking this hotel for $200 per night. We had chosen this place as there was a restaurant listed but to our surprise the hotel was partially closed. The pool/spa looked like it needed to be cleaned, the restaurant was not in service, there was only one staff member on premises. The room was full of... More

Unlike the Colchagua Valley, there are few accommodation or evening dining options in the Casablanca wine region. We chose this place based on its website, and although the Tripadvisor reviews are mixed, we decided to give it a go. Although only just off the main ruta 68, the hotel is well located close to many of the vineyards and could... More

Not much is open in early November, despite all the wineries within striking distance (5-15 min by car). We were so glad we found this place! The suite we had was very cozy and actually the decòr quite original. Wifi signal was a bit weak unfortunately. Breakfast was good too. The owners are a husband and wife who were charming... More

Close to Santiago is the wine valley of Casablanca. because the hotel boasts of it's spa, it was a shoe in for me, especially for my birthday weekend. Boy was I disappointed. We chose this hotel not just for the spa, but because of it's rating at the time on Tripadvisor. When we arrived, there was not a staff in... More

Pro: The hotel has potential, but it needs a lot of upgrades.Near wineries. Cons: Never ever a person at the front desk. No service whatsoever. We saw one employee, dressed in old jeans. Internet very spotty. Restaurant closed. No warm water in tub in room. TV reception bad. Lots of street noise.Very meager breakfast. We must have visited this hotel... More

Just like anything else, this hotel has it's positives and negatives. A few positives: location and proximity to wineries in Casablanca valley, extremely super friendly staff who go above and beyond for you, they are upgrading the entire hotel, nice pool, good selection of wines and spa amenities, proximity and ease to get to from ruta 68. The negatives: you... More

It has good and bad points but overall it was good value for money for what we wanted. We did visit out of season so that explains much of the negatives but the positives do outweigh them. We did have a swimming pool indoors and outdoors, plus a sauna and hot tub. The room was huge and the bed comfortable.... More

We were a bit worried by some of the reviews on TripAdvisor prior to visiting the hotel. However, we were very pleased with the service of the hotel - the best we have experienced so far in Chile. The attention to detail was impressive. Rooms: Are room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and ready for our arrival. It had cable TV... More
