I have never known anywhere with such terrible people skills, the owners are absolutely horrendous! They are rude obnoxious and seem to think they are in some superior league. The rooms are okay, but that is all, for the price I was expecting something luxurious, I have spent £400 for a week for a hotel elsewhere and enjoyed it much... More

My partner and I stayed at the Castle for 2 nights in the Windsor room. Our main reason for going to Bath was the Christmas market meaning we wanted somewhere close to the city centre but not in the centre itself. We have stayed at Bath Lodge Castle before and loved it, it is only a 15 minute drive to... More

My husband and I unfortunately could only stay one night here, but it was the highlight of our European holiday. We were lucky to spend the night in the honeymoon suite aka the Torrent. The room was elegantly and romantically decorated. We enjoyed an amazing dinner and breakfast and could honestly not eat another bite (but very much wanted to)!The... More

My wife and I stayed in December. It is a delightful place and we really enjoyed our stay. The food and wine was very good and excellent valve, The service could not have been better. I would have given the highest rating except that the when we went down to the lounge area for drinks before dinner the fire had... More

I stayed here with my partner from 10th January-14th for his birthday. The hotel is gorgeous and set in a good location. Originally we had wanted to be closer to Bath but as soon as we checked in we fell in love with the location. Although not in the centre of Bath it was relatively easy for us to drive... More

Myself and my partner stayed for one night on january 6th. The manager Wayne was very polite and gave us a warm welcome. The warwick room which we stayed in was very tastefully decorated in keeping with the castle. The food was superb as was the service. We intend to go back and enjoy a long weekend. This was an... Dear Claire, As owner of the Castle, I am always very concerned when customers such as yourselves are genuinely disappointed. We have investigated your complaint carefully and, unfortunately, come to the conclusion that the assistant manager who dealt with you behaved correctly under the circumstances, for the following reasons. First of all, the menu you were offered on your arrival... More

My son and I stayed at the Bath Lodge Castle on the 2nd January 2016. We both had a lovely time. The Manager Wayne is excellent and nothing was too much trouble for him. We were made to feel very welcome. We will certainly recommend it to other people and I am not sure about why recently the Bath Lodge... More

We spent two wonderful nights in the Windsor room which has an ensuite in the turret and a huge terrace. We ate at the hotel on both nights and found the quality of the food was superb.
