A group of 12 ladies had a fantastic weekend at the Farmhouse. Location, facilities and room set-up were perfect for our requirements. Owners were extremely helpful and flexible. The Farmhouse is an ideal property for those looking for a relaxing and sociable weekend away with family and friends...and the beds are very comfortable! I would highly recommend to others

Me, partner and my 2 year olddaughter stayed at the manor for one night to visit longleat. Got to the room and found we had the room with the four poster bed was very pleased. Lovely room and great bathroom. The lounge area very nice and homely. The owner and his wife were very welcoming and made us feel at... More

Small room for expensive nights sleep and couldn't see why as no one else was booked in. No tea making facilities such as kettle, tea bags etc which was very unusual for the UK. Difficult to find not clearly marked eventually found by accident. We were on the top floor and had to carry suitcases up and down a very... More

I was lucky enough to have my hen night held over a weekend in April in this Farmhouse - It was absolutely perfect!! I could not believe that the owners allowed hen nights and let us party until the small hours - the owner even let us jump on his family size trampoline whilst dressed as Kiss and drinking champagne!!!... The only negative aspect of our break at At The Manor was that we were only staying for one night! We were made to feel very welcome by the owner, Simon. The room was beautifully decorated and furnished and we had the biggest en suite bathroom that we've ever had anywhere we have stayed. Very importantly, the bed was incredibly... More

This is the B&B to end all. Beautiful building with lots of original features. But also very modern with all you could want. The room was stunning with a gorgeous 4 poster bed. The bathroom was enormous with walk in shower and huge bath. Simon the host is very nice and happy to chat and makes you feel very welcome.... More

We stayed for three nights, and were reluctant to leave. Simon immediately made us feel at home. We stayed in Lyde Green, with the four poster bead and a fabulous huge bathroom. Our room was spacious despite our many bags, and the bathroom even more so. We appreciated having access to the lounge downstairs and were invited to use the... More

I recently stayed here over the bank holiday for my hen weekend and can't praise this place enough!! We were greeted by the owners (and their lovely pooch Rosy!) who were on hand if we needed anything and kindly left us with bottles of bubbly and chocolates - which went down very well! The bedrooms were great and very clean.... More

Stayed here recently for my friend's hen weekend! It's a lovely house with spacious lounge/dining room and nicely decorated guestrooms. Bathrooms and bedding also of good quality. Kitchen a smidge small for a house that sleeps so many. The owners are friendly and helpful (and welcomed us with two bottles of bubbly and a big box of chocolates!). The village... More
