The U-community hotel was selected for me by Japanese friends and I found it to be very economical and comfortable with charming staff. They do not do breakfast but have a little restaurant and also there are several convenience stores within a very short distance. My single room was compact and the en-suite was very clean and I was very... More

Stayed for two nights during our Osaka-Kyoto-Kobe trip. My party includes my parents and my 11 month old boy. Stayed in the family room comprising of two queen beds. The room and even the bathroom was spacious. Flat screen TV, DVD player, kettle and air humidifier are part of the standard room equipment. The wifi is provided for free and... More

Cozy and small rooms with private bathroom, flat tv and floor wifi. Only 2 minutes walk from Kawachikosaka station, a line connecting with Osakananba, the city centre station. We paid 23400¥ for a 3 nights basic double room.

There are good things to mention about the hotel, especially the 3-4 persons bedrooms are very spacious. As we are a bigger family, we needed 2 rooms and we got them on different floors, this never happened to me before and I was not really happy with the way it got resolved (although staff did their best). As the location... More

Although the location is far away from the city center of Osaka, you will not disappointed. Facilities and staffs are nice. We stayed in a family room type, with 4 person capacity. The room is spacious, complete with a sofa, big flat screen TV, small fridge and coffee maker. The hotel is only 5 minutes walking distance to Kawachi Kosaka... More

Me and my family, together with my sister and her family(on the other room) stayed in this hotel after going to Philippine Embassy and visiting Osaka Castle. The staff were nice to kids and very accommodating to our queries and requests. There are convenience stores within the vicinity and other places to eat, in case you don't like the restaurant inside... I stayed in the U Community Hotel, Osaka, when I attended a conference at a nearby university. I was in a single room which was small but adequate and clean and comfortable (I have stayed in rooms like cupboards in Japan). There was room for my suitcase to remain open and out of the way, hanging space for clothes and... More

I would definitely stay here again despite the rooms being "Japan-size". Pleasant staff, good parking reasonably priced, good location, quiet and modern. Plenty of eateries nearby so we chose not to try the restaurant.

We stayed here 6 nights. The hotel has very good amenities and is located near a few convenience stores. There are many places to eat around here. The rooms are very clean. The downside is the standard room is very small, with very little space to maneuver. Reception does not speak English except for one staff and she was very... More

I stayed here with two other friends in the Deluxe Twin room. Don't let the name mislead you though, you get two very nice sized double beds in the Deluxe Twin room. It looks like they took two smaller rooms and combined them into a larger deluxe room. The couch was very nice although we did move the position of... More
