The location is good, but old furniture and poorly maintained (loose sliver of wood in desks, upholstered of torn chair); Old facilities; Cleaning was not good; Poor breakfast ; The staff did not help us to fill the bags delivery service form (takkyubin); This hotel needs renovation and the website photos do not correspond to reality. We stayed for 3 nights here for our Osaka trip. The hotel is very near Esaka station of the Midosuji line, exit no. 6 and around 2 minutes walk only. The place is a tad far from the Osaka famous places like Namba and Umeda. You will need to ride the Midosuji line for at least 18 minutes to get... More

Located near to Esaka subway station and Lawson is just the opposite site of the street! Only 2 stops from Shin-Osaka where you have to transfer to shinkansens, super convenience! As we know, rooms in Japan is very small, so get used to it! Breakfast is Japanese buffet, it simply is delicious; buns, boiled eggs, salad, miso soup, coffee, rice... More

I stayed there for 5 nights and really enjoyed staying there. It is near Esaka Station and rather convenient to go to Shin-Osaka and take the Shinkansen. There are restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The staff can speak limited English but are kind and helpful. The room is small but functional and clean. The breakfast is not the best but... This is a basic, no-frills hotel for budget travelers. Hotel is decent for the price I paid. There are 24hrs convenience stores nearby, and it is near Esaka subway station. The staff speaks limited English.
