While there are a lot of good things to say about this hotel, we were disappointed by several things. For example, only a few staff members seemed to speak or understand English. The room had a TV but the staff was not able to get the English channel to work on it. Nor could they move us to another room... More

Really close to ITM airport and Osaka University. Opposite the monorail station and a shopping complex which has 2 x 100 yen stores and a great food mart which sells ready made meals. The room was a very good size by japanese standards, nice not to have your lap under the sink while sitting on the toilet! Staff spoke good... More

Flew in from SFO on united, great flight. Had to stay at the Nikko for one night, then transferred here by subway/taxi. Very confusing once you get to Namba station. Arrived about noon, and even though rooms were cleaned and available at noon, they would not let me check in. Please wait until 2 PM. Now this is nuts! Wanted... More

Very western styled hotel in a great location with large rooms and a rental car office right across the road. Lovely beds with western sheets and bed covers. Bathroom large and well appointed. Towels a little small but adequate. Free undercover parking. Well worth paying that little extra. We will be back.

This hotel is a then end of the Metro line in the far north of Osaka in Senri-Chuo. It is also a stop on the Osaka Monorail that comes directly from Osaka Itami Airport. It is next to a shopping complex with a wide variety of shops and a department store, as well as a lot of restaurants to choose... More

Had to spend a night in Osaka and this hotel was recommended by the business I was dealing with... It looks posh and fancy, but she is run down. I checked in late. The process and service was perfect. Then the things you don't get popped up. No WiFi, except in your room if you get a special transmitter No... More

I arrived speaking only English and managed to check in even as sleep deprived as I was. The service is unbelievable! Every door opened for me, clerk ran (literally) to get paperwork and large friendly smiles on all faces! The rooms are very small and just plain old. I felt like I had been dropped back in time 40 years.... More

The rooms are very small and quite expensive. The hotel is rather old and, while kept up fairly well it has a bit of a bygone feel to it. It is convenient to the Midosuji subway line and the Osaka monorail. A nice place to stay if you are going to Osaka University as Senrichuo is easy to get to... More

Hotel still looks like it's from the 70's...it's in a desperate need for renovation...looks like something straight out of the Shining...thought Jack Nicholson was gonna pop out of there... the worst was the internet that was frustrating slow...if you have to do any work online, this place does not have dependable internet...location is good as it's right outside of Senri-Chuo... The hotel was very clean and the staff was nice and friendly. However, the pool area was only open from 10 am to 4 pm and there was an entrance fee (even for hotel guests). Breakfast was not included in the room price but there was a breakfas restaurant in the hotel that served okay food, though it was quite... More
