We stayed at 2 other hotels before coming to this hotel and we got more than we expected. First of all, the staff members. Amazing. Tremendous. Fabulous. The two hotels we stayed before were so disappointing we had a very bad perception of Okinawa hotels and their staff. But Busena terrace eveyone not even a single staff member they were... More

we just spend 1 night here after spending 3 days at ANA intercontinental, which we prefer more.... Have heard many good reviews about Busena Terrace but after our one night stay we are pretty sure that we won't stay here in future. With the price it is charging (higher than ANA, Marriort or Kafuu condo), Busena's breakfast is the most... More

We spent three nights in April. Among us,we have a granny on wheelchair. Knowing that it is the host of G8 fourteen years ago, we are impressed that the facilities are accessible. It is not the swimming season yet it is fully enjoyable with their service. Every staff that we met was ready to go for a extra step to... More

Traveled with Children and Elderly in tow, and was highly impressed by the efficiency at check in, not only were we placed right next to each other in room allocations, but there are also one ajoining room, considering how requests such as this hardly ever materialised, we were very impressed, certainly a plus with traveling in large parties. The hotel... More

This hotel, located directly on the beach, has a beautiful seaview and meals are served on outdoor terrace, giving you the feeling to be at the French Cote d'Azur... They serve a good Buffet at lunch and dinner. At sunset, a Saxophone player comes to serenade the guests at the outdoor swimming pool and it gives a great feeling to... More

The people are incredibly friendly, very kind and helpful. The food is not very good and the building needs a major facelift. Doors need paint, rust visible in places, just a little run down. The grounds are in sub par condition. As is typical with the Japanese, the employees here work tirelessly to keep it clean, but management is apparently... More

Nice hotel, was there for conference and for this purpose outstanding place. Not great for holiday, because of the quite old structure. Food OK, Breakfast average. Staff friendly as you can expect from Japanese hospitality. From business point of view Great Place, from a leisure point of view average place.

Very classic room with no character straight from the 80's. If that was not for the view on a tropical beach you could have been anywhere. Food options are great, as always in Japan. Very professionnal and efficient staff, but it just lacks of 'something'. Staying by the pool was enjoyable as the other guests were very quiet. The beach... More

WOW! I have travelled the world and this hotel and place impressed me by far. First of all, the location is amazing. Only hotel nearby that ocean is accessbile to swim. Others nearby, like Ritz, are on the hill to see a good view. The service is incredible and the staff go above and beyond for your needs. The scene... More
