Ritz Carlton is one of the very few international brand hotels in Okinawa resort area. I have read lots of good reviews about this hotel before I decided to go for it. It's located about 60km away from Naha and the airport, so be prepared to drive for about an hour if you intend to go to Naha town. The... More

Large, clean and modern furnished rooms, it's definitely a grade A hotel in Nago or Okinawa. Limited food choice for breakfast, haven't tried other dining in the hotel. Swimming pool is a bit tiny. There is a private beach for the hotel guests but we couldn't make the time to try it. Since the hotel is located on the hill... More

I've just returned from a 3 night stay at the Ritz. While Ritz Carlton is known for excellent properties, this one exceeded my expectations. I arrived on a Thursday evening after having spent 4 days near Naha. The staff to customer ratio was pure Ritz Carlton and after 1 day there even the operator of the gift shop knew my... More

Ritz Carlton is always considered to be a high class hotel to us and it's definitely worth the money spent. We booked the premium corner room as it's more spacious and the bay view is better than the one with the private spa. We booked direct through hotel website because you may find it more rewarding to join ritz carlton... More

I do not normally write reviews but I was so impressed with the hotel that I felt compelled to leave a review. Location: The hotel is under a two hour drive from the airport. We didnt hire a car but we easily got a taxi from the airport. The hotel is a little remote and away from any attractions. I... More

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. No doubt it is an excellent hotel that matches the price, the room, the service and the restaurants. Otherwise we would not come back again. On our second time we stayed at this hotel, we brought along my in-laws. We booked two separated rooms. They are in their 60s+, however... More

This is the first hotel I have ever stayed at that the online pictures don't do it justice. The gym at the spa has four treadmills and four elliptical machines. Plus dumbells and various cable machines. The restaurants are all top notch with prices that match, but if you can afford to stay here that shouldn't be an issue. Be... More

The hotel a 1 hour car drive from Okinawa airport with no real amenities nearby but since we decided to celebrate our anniversary, we simply camped ourselves in the hotel and visited all the restaurants in the hotels (twice even for the teppanyaki restaurant). Theres nothing to fault on our stay - staff were super courteous, helpful and took v... More

1) For a luxury hotel (especially at about $900/night), the beds have very cheap mattresses - NOTHING LIKE I'D EXPECT AT A MARRIOTT OR RITZ. There is a pad on top of a piece of junk, and you can feel the springs in your back/side. There was no brand on the mattress, but the material was typical of a cheap... More

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night during our 3 night stay in Okinawa. We moved here from another hotel, and wished we would have booked here for the three nights. HOTEL The hotel itself is quite stunning in a very simple and humble way. It is serene and very warm. The style of the hotel is very... More
